DANGER!!! If you have any other choice for a doctor, choose them... This doctor will try to bill you after they cancel your appointment. They will reschedule you without consent. The doctor will at some point NOT LISTEN to your needs and symptoms and treat you like everyone else. This doctor will acknowledge a problem with your meds and leave it UNTREATED. Her license should be stripped due to a complete LACK of EMPATHY. Hopefully one day she will care enough to listen to her patients, check in or up on their treatment and assist in their recovery. This office is poorly run and does not notify patients of rescheduled appointments, cancelled appointments, overbilling, changes in billing/notification.

This woman should be ashamed to call herself a professional in the mental health field. The first session lasted 15 minutes, after which she recommended I take medication without any explanation or proper cause. The next session similarly lasted 10 minutes, and her manner and tone made me extremely uncomfortable. My father cancelled an important business trip to come to this meeting with me, and when I asked Dr. Marwah to bring him in she blatantly refused and never gave me an explanation. I was shocked and appalled that after 10 minutes of meaningless conversation she wouldn't let my father come in to speak to her and simply booted me out of her office. This was my first attempt at professional help, and this woman made me even less hopeful for my recovery. I strongly urge anyone reading this review to reconsider seeing this woman and to find a better option for your mental health.

Dr Marwah has changed my life for the better in so many ways! I adore the office staff and was able to make a quick appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Marwah!

Dr. Marwah really helped me in a very difficult moment. She cared about the health of my body instead of just prescribing medications to momentarily attenuate mental states. She is also very caring about my stories but also straightforward when it is needed. I am very grateful with Dr. Marwah and I am continuing my treatment to build better habits and to manage stress. Her staff is also very helpful and efficient.

Okay.. So I saw this doctor, I believe all of these positive reviews are false/lies/made up. First off, she is completely rude, she may be smart blah blah whatever.... she made me feel uncomfortable, wont look at me when she talked to me, believes any thing I have to say is not worth paying attention to as she constantly fidgets with other things, I even asked her if she heard what I said, she claimed yes but yet couldnt repeat even the subject I was talking about! MY REASONS FOR THINkING THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FALSE...... Look at the timeline of reviews, Prior to 2011, there are only negative reviews, then starting in Febuary 2011, one positive review almost every day is posted... Enough time to easily create a new google account each day in order to post reviews. Also notice how in multiple different posts from "different" patients, there is a similarity. They use "+" instead of saying "and", not to mention how the positive reviews contain little input, only a set of nice words with no real context to support that opinion. Future patients, Be leery of this doctor, I believe that even from her review page you can see that at the very least something is not right here. Dont trust her and dont waste your money like I did. BTW, Just consider in relation to any other Mental Dr listed on google how many reviews she has all together.... very fishy!

I felt more like a meal ticket than a patient. I have been on medication for years, but needed a new doctor did to an insurance change. Appointment 1: 15 minutes of face time, asked to come back a few days later. Appointment 2: 5 minutes of face time and a prescription written. Asked to come back in a week. Appointment 3: Was taken in 45 minutes after my scheduled. 3 minutes of face time, I told her I was miserable on the new med. Asked me to tough it out and check back in 3 weeks Appointment 4: Three miserable weeks later, I was 5 minutes late to appointment time. Taken in 20 minutes after I arrive, scolded for being late, asked to come back. 3 minutes of face time, asked to come back the next day for a real appointment. Appointment 5: 15 minutes of face time discussing why I was late last time. Asked to come back in a day or two to continue the conversation. Appointment 6: 15 minutes of face time, wants me to "think about" a med for a different diagnosis--still has not addressed previous med that is not only not treating me but has a slew of side effects. Asks me to come back after the weekend. Scheduled appointment 7 for a Monday while in the office on Thursday. Called Friday afternoon to cancel the appointment, left a message. Got a callonday informing me I would be charged the full rate for the appointment due to lack of notice. 7 appointments in 5 weeks, and still no resolution. No thanks.

My daughter just met with Dr. Marwah. She new her medical and medication history before they met, spent an hour with her, charged her $450 then said she couldn't help her. This woman is not a Doctor. She is heartless and only in it to take money from the vulnerable. Do not schedule an appointment with this "Dr".

A kind, intelligent, caring, person. Appointments always on time. I have trouble believing the negative responses people have written. She is always professional, kind and helpful. An excellent psychiatrist who listens and responds.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This woman literally is not educated in psychology enough to be doing her job. I am a psychology student who suffers from anxiety and depression. I explained to her my experiences with sleep paralysis and she told me that she’s never heard of sleep paralysis and doesn’t believe that it is a real thing. Sleep paralysis is an alarming sign of mental health disruptions. My second or third appointment was the day after I found my sister who had passed away. She gave one of the most invalidating, insincere, responses ever. “That must’ve been so hard.” As if I was describing a past childhood trauma, as opposed to the real time trauma and depression I was actually feeling. Please please do not go to this woman unless you’re looking to blow money for absolutely no reason.

Came in to get help with depression and anxiety. She has an unique way of being completely out of touch. As a full-time student and self-supporting individual, her best advice was for me to check into a hospital. Even when I shared with her that I do not have a history of self-harm or acting drastically on my emotions. It seems that she was prolonging my suffering in order for me to keep coming back to her. She never even gave me a diagnoses. It seems like she has a standard template that she imposes on all of her patients to extort the maximum amount of cash out of them. I am currently seeing a new doctor and am experiencing what it is like to work with someone that truly cares about your well-being. If you are looking for a psychiatrist, it is probably because you want to feel better. Dr. Marwah will not accomplish that goal. For your sake, please find someone else.

I started seeing Dr. Marwah about one year ago, during a time in my life when I was going through a lot of changes, I was overwhelmed with stress to the point that it was effecting my physical health and overall happiness. The anxiety caused me an onset of OCD as well as hard time sleeping at night. Dr. Marwah was very understanding of my hard times and she prescribed a low dose of anti-anxiety medicine that helped me greatly. She only prescribed me medicine I truly needed, at the lowest dose possible. I'm very happy to share that today I am free of medication because I don't need it anymore. The OCD is no longer present and I'm feeling much better. Dr. Marwah was very understanding and supportive of my path to healing over this past year.

I was referred to Dr. Marwah by my therapist to discuss the possibility of taking some medication for anxiety. I'm so glad I came here! Dr. Marwah was very understanding in my hesitation to take medicine and worked with me on trying the smallest dose possible. The first month, it made me unbelievably sleepy. So I went back and discussed it with her and she helped me choose a better time to take the medicine and encouraged me to be patient with the adjustment. So I listened and was patient and I finally fully adjusted. I feel soooo much better with Lexapro! It's made such a big difference and I'm very thankful for Dr. Marwah and her staff for being so supportive!
