I have numbness of the left arm and chest pains with tingling in my hands ( I thought it was having a heart attack) and I followed the office voice mails instructions on going to the ER. Thank goodness it was not a heart attack but instead it was a panic attack which could lead to a stroke according to the hospital. I called the office the next business day all for them to tell me that the doctor doesn't speak to the patients over the phone nor did that have any available appt times for 2 weeks. I am very unhappy on how I am being treated and I feel I am being ignored with no help from anyone.
