Dr.portley is the worst most unprofessional doctor. We go to an appointment and in front of my son he starts talking about he not on the right dosage he has no paper work supporting why he on these medications. First off this clinic is the one that prescribed the medication. I am not self medicating my child! I am all for reducing his medication but when there a break from school when he can be monitored. He then tells me he refused to treat my son. So for 3 years he been seen here and now because your new and do not like his medication I have to find a new doctor and I have no medication refills so my son has to be checked into a mental hospital to get his monthly medications.

The services that have been given to me at Bayless health-care have been quite plecent because the doctors and staff treet us kindly and very respectfully and we have really bonded with a few staff members

They set an appointment for my son with a provider that my insurance will not cover, even though they verified benefits and coverage. Wasted several hours of my time and caused a medication lapse due to the canceled appointment. I'm sure the providers are fine and everyone I spoke to was pleasant, but I'm not coming back.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ladesma at the N.Central/3rd St offices for over 2 years and Dr. Fong for behavioral health for several months now. This is a great place with skilled practitioners at every level of family care. We have 5 children ages 10 thru 29 who are also patients here. I highly recommend.

No respect for the patient. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment, 35 minutes after my appointment time, I had yet to be called back. I ask the receptionist if there was a problem and she responded she had been too busy to check me in and she was doing it now. I told her to forget it, this is obviously not the place for me.

I have mixed feelings about this place. Almost a month to get in for initial visit. Referred for additional services (was informed they would contact me), its been three weeks and nothing. I don't know if the wait and slowness is industry in general or just this doctors office?

My experience with this organization was positive at first, but at this point I am disgusted with the organization as a whole. I’m unsure how you provide quality healthcare when you never answer the phone. My three year was prescribed a medication and over 30 days ago, and a prior authorization has been pending. They don’t answer the phone for me or the pharmacist who calls us daily advising they have not responded. This is ridiculous and there’s no excuse for it. I will be reporting this to mercy Maricopa.

I dont write reviews, like ever. But the service I got from this place has been so bad that I wanted to make sure other people knew what they were getting into before coming here. A.D.D. is a pretty minor mental health issue. I just needed some adderall and had to visit a doctor for it because you can't get automatic renewals of it. I was on a time crunch because I was home from college and only had couple months to get some. I let them know over the phone that I needed an appointment soon, so they were able to schedule me the following week, which was pretty nice. I get there for my appointment and everything goes well, I see Doctor Porter and he seems nice enough. A little weird with his mannerisms though. He says he can prescribe me some adderall, but says I should try the long release adderall instead so I only have to take one pill a day. I say great, that sounds awesome. Long release adderall is what I'm walking out of there expecting to be getting. I go to the pharmacy they sent the prescriptions to the next day, and they tell me I've got a prescription pending for some random medicine that starts with a V, but that my insurance wont cover it unless the doctor calls and tells them why I need it. The insurance part isn't an issue. Yet. That happens all the time with adderall. It's that im being prescribed something that the doctor didn't tell me he was prescribing me. I called Bayless back about this and they told me that it was the same thing as adderall, just a sort of knockoff brand or something. I would have been cool with it, if the doctor had told me that he was prescribing me that. But either way, I said fine, and told them they needed to call to get my prescription ready. This all happened about a month before my wedding on December 1st. I was going on my honeymoon immediately afterward until the 23rd, and on the 2nd of January I would be leaving for college again. Now, a week before my wedding, my prescription still wasn't ready. I called bayless again, and they said they would get right on it, but that the doctor was out and she would have to give him a message. I had a follow up appointment scheduled for the 28th, and I was pretty fed up with this doctor, and still bothered by the fact that he prescribed me something different than what he said, so I asked to be scheduled to see a different doctor instead. They set me up with a different one for the same day, the 28th, and told me my prescription would be ready soon. I kinda put it on the back of my mind (I was getting married in a week) and forgot about it. I recieved a call in the 3rd week of my honeymoon, December 18th, I think, telling me that they needed to reschedule my appointment for sometime in January, which I would no longer be in Arizona for. So I told them no, don't worry about it, I don't want to schedule another appointment, and then hung up on them. Two days after that, I got a text from the pharmacy saying my prescription was ready. A week before the appointment scheduled TWO MONTHS after the initial one. I was supposed to have been taking that medication for two whole months already, but just got the opportunity to pick it up, because bayless took two months to call my insurance. With every other doctor I had been to, I had to go to the pharmacy, they would tell me about the insurance, the pharmacy would call the doctor, and I'd wait a couple hours and go back and pick it up. But two months. And to top it off, they just called me today, the 27th of December, to confirm that I was coming to my initial follow up with Doctor Porter that I canceled. When I told them that I thought I had canceled it, they said I had canceled the appointment I had made to see a medical doctor, not a mental health one. I promptly let them know that I wanted to cancel this one too, and that I never wanted them to call me again. 0/10, this place is garbage, dont go here. Wait an extra month in line somewhere else so you dont have to wait two months due to garbage service.
