I dont write reviews, like ever. But the service I got from this place has been so bad that I wanted to make sure other people knew what they were getting into before coming here. A.D.D. is a pretty minor mental health issue. I just needed some adderall and had to visit a doctor for it because you can't get automatic renewals of it. I was on a time crunch because I was home from college and only had couple months to get some. I let them know over the phone that I needed an appointment soon, so they were able to schedule me the following week, which was pretty nice. I get there for my appointment and everything goes well, I see Doctor Porter and he seems nice enough. A little weird with his mannerisms though. He says he can prescribe me some adderall, but says I should try the long release adderall instead so I only have to take one pill a day. I say great, that sounds awesome. Long release adderall is what I'm walking out of there expecting to be getting. I go to the pharmacy they sent the prescriptions to the next day, and they tell me I've got a prescription pending for some random medicine that starts with a V, but that my insurance wont cover it unless the doctor calls and tells them why I need it. The insurance part isn't an issue. Yet. That happens all the time with adderall. It's that im being prescribed something that the doctor didn't tell me he was prescribing me. I called Bayless back about this and they told me that it was the same thing as adderall, just a sort of knockoff brand or something. I would have been cool with it, if the doctor had told me that he was prescribing me that. But either way, I said fine, and told them they needed to call to get my prescription ready. This all happened about a month before my wedding on December 1st. I was going on my honeymoon immediately afterward until the 23rd, and on the 2nd of January I would be leaving for college again. Now, a week before my wedding, my prescription still wasn't ready. I called bayless again, and they said they would get right on it, but that the doctor was out and she would have to give him a message. I had a follow up appointment scheduled for the 28th, and I was pretty fed up with this doctor, and still bothered by the fact that he prescribed me something different than what he said, so I asked to be scheduled to see a different doctor instead. They set me up with a different one for the same day, the 28th, and told me my prescription would be ready soon. I kinda put it on the back of my mind (I was getting married in a week) and forgot about it. I recieved a call in the 3rd week of my honeymoon, December 18th, I think, telling me that they needed to reschedule my appointment for sometime in January, which I would no longer be in Arizona for. So I told them no, don't worry about it, I don't want to schedule another appointment, and then hung up on them. Two days after that, I got a text from the pharmacy saying my prescription was ready. A week before the appointment scheduled TWO MONTHS after the initial one. I was supposed to have been taking that medication for two whole months already, but just got the opportunity to pick it up, because bayless took two months to call my insurance. With every other doctor I had been to, I had to go to the pharmacy, they would tell me about the insurance, the pharmacy would call the doctor, and I'd wait a couple hours and go back and pick it up. But two months. And to top it off, they just called me today, the 27th of December, to confirm that I was coming to my initial follow up with Doctor Porter that I canceled. When I told them that I thought I had canceled it, they said I had canceled the appointment I had made to see a medical doctor, not a mental health one. I promptly let them know that I wanted to cancel this one too, and that I never wanted them to call me again. 0/10, this place is garbage, dont go here. Wait an extra month in line somewhere else so you dont have to wait two months due to garbage service.
