I'm a 31 year old male college graduate and cyber operations both offensive and defensive as well as a systems engineer, with major medical issues. Not only am I injured physically with two inguinal hernias on my right side and one hiatal hernia on my left side as well as Crohn's disease and I suffer from anxiety and PTSD. P.a. "Carrie" was seen today by appointment, and for support my mother (who works for the federal government and Department of Justice for over 40 years) and my expecting fiance came with me. Even though I only had two sessions with this so-called medical professional, both my mother and I knew from the get-go that she had some underlying issue with me unbeknownst to us as to why. Knowing of my incipient surgery she said pick one, pain relief for your mortal condition and upcoming major surgery or medication for your mental disability. I told her that was unethical to even ask. While I was there I was asked questions to which I was unable to answer because my p.a. would not allow me/us to even complete a single statement without interruption, which was a reoccurring issue every single session at interaction we had. She then began acting belligerently towards my mother and continually interrupted every statement she made, so I kindly asked for some common courtesy and to allow everyone to speak without interruption to appease all parties. She then opened the door & against HIPAA regulations as well as my personal privacy began screaming and disciplining my family and I, as patients and other staff members passed by and heard. She then in an immature fashion attempted to threaten me by holding the medication I have been on for over 5 years over my head as if she was a drug Pusher instead of a medical professional. if she actually followed through with her threats, it would have caused seizures stroke and death if abruptly stopped cold turkey. My entire family not just myself, but my mother who has been fighting for freedom and our country as a patriot for over 40 years and the young lady carrying my child, had to formally apologize (by saying the magic words) and take a tongue thrashing from a very angry individual who in all reality should be a patient not a physician's assistant. I have only been at this facility for 3 months but have not as of yet been seen by a REAL doctor, not even upon request. I did not bring my PATRIOT mother and my INNOCENT fiance to get belittled by a so-called medical professional. Bayless integrated Healthcare is a facility for mental issues, however the way that she acted and her passive aggressive behavior (and I'm using the term passive very loosely) would anger even the most level-headed of people let alone those who actually have unfortunate mental disabilities. This person should have their license revoked simply based on the fact that she attempted to take away necessary medications via threats and disciplinary action as well as violating my privacy and legal HIPAA protection, total disregard for our feelings or how it may impact them as well as herself career-wise. We were treated as if we were a dog caught drinking out of the toilet bowl pointing and waving her finger at us with a grimaced face, threatening demeanor spewing her verbal abuse as if she was a disciplinarian and we were unruly students. She should have acted that way when there wasn't any witnesses, maybe she would get away with more insane acts of control and submission without testimony of others. Unfortunately for her though I have two eye witnesses, one being pregnant and should not be forced to endure that type of treatment or stress, and the other should be thanked for her service for the protection and freedom of our great country. Say what you will about me but bringing innocent people into this especially family would not only bother the most level-headed of people, but she's working at a mental health facility. What possible outcome could you expect from such treatment? Lucky for me I have witnesses with high standing to corroborate my story. Update: Bayless, still no rebuttal? Or call? Lol

This office demonstrates a poor management and care for its patients. To begin with, my provider fax documents they needed to fill up for me. When I show up at the office they said " We are out of printer tonner and we cant print your documents". Here is the poor management; a doctors office who runs out of tonner and they dont bother have backups or extras for this cases? It does not take a genius to plan for this. Second, necause of this they wanted to charge my copay for the appointment which I told them the only reason for my appointment was to get those doccuments sign by my dr. Front office wanted to re schedule me because they couldnt print these documents. This enfurieted me because that would mean more time taken away from work loosing time and money. We finally find a way to resolve first problem. Then, front desk accepts yet another mistake; they schedule me with a new doctor who does not accepts private insurance only ahcces (state paid insurance) so yet another reason why they wanted to set me up with another appoointment. The appointment has taken me over 1.5 hrs, still sitting and waiting for the dr. To show up on the back room they have me waiting. This office clearly demonstrates poor management and very little respect towards their patients. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER PROVIDER AND NOT TO VISIT THIA OFFICE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THEY JUST DONT CARE.

Can't ever get my prescriptions refilled. Always have to go through some BS. Pharmacy faxed doctor's office for authorization to refill 2 weeks ago and has not received a response. I've called and left messages and still haven't received a phone call back. It's a damn shame when a person with depression can't get their medication until you see a doctor only to be left waiting in a room for 1 1/2 hours because they're with another patient. Time to seek help elsewhere!?

Left two voicemail messages and actually showed up at the office...waited to talk to the medical assistant for an hour before leaving another message at the reception desk on Monday. Fake dr. Caused me to ALMOST have a nervous breakdown. I am a man that has special needs, wich are drs that under the pressure I'm undertaking. I had a student coming to my home every mon at 10:00. He told me if I missed our weekly meetings, I would be added to their "record" , stating I no longer needed services. I admit to missing the first two, but the third one, I did remember giving shooting him a text. I shot him a text around 8:30. The next moring he didn't call or text back. I had to see a doctor, seeing that I hadn't pooped in over three weeks. So, in my mind, seeing what was goining on with my bowels was the emergency. I call him just to make sure that we were ok. No answer. He gives me a call not 10 minutes later, saying he had to terminate our weekly sessions, saying my missing therapy for that day was theared as a no call, no show, and he wanted to thank me for my time, but Bayless was terminated its help from me. So, he possibly wanted me to sit around bloted, gassy, and possibly risk crapping myself to adhere to Bayless's policies? Not onny that, my dr has been changed three times. What you guys don't understand is we open our hearts to these people, let them in a little at a time. Then suddenly, we get ripped apart from a familiar faces and thrusted in with a new face, new attitude, new everything. It's not right.

I have been waiting for them to fill one of my scripts for over a month now. I am now out of my meds and feel like I’m going insane. I have called multiple times over the last week alone begging them to have a DO or MD to send over this one script due to my insurance not longer allowing mid level providers to write this medication. I even called and left a message for the office manager who never called me back. The entire office is full of incompetent and lazy people who don’t care at all about the well being of their patients!!

The physicians here are caring, helpful and professional. I've received nothing but amazing care from this organization of doctors and there assistants. The girls at the front desk are curtious and pleasant. Although I do have to express frustration at the issue's I've encountered when relying on them to arrange and secure transportation services for me after my visits. I now have ptsd from my abusive past and didn't seek counseling because I thought all clinics were like bayless. If I ever see the piece of work they called my therapist I'd tell her "I told you so."

This place is obnoxious. I would assume the only reason they want you to come in for Monthly check in’s is so they can make more money. There is no reason that when I was last seen on May 17th- (today is June 15th) I can’t receive a refill on a prescription. Even though the only reason the additional appt was set, was to make sure I was doing good. So imagine my surprise when I called to let them know I’m doing great, and if they can go ahead and refill the prescription- that I still have to come in and been seen, “per policy”. Riiiight. Policy that you want to make more money? Way to waste people’s time.

My son has been patient with babies since he was four is now 10 over the past six my son has been patient with Baylee’s integrated healthcare has become cold and hard to deal with. The administration follow through has become almost nonexistent nothing is ever followed up I’ve been waiting on a prescription for my son for behavioral health and he had suffered because they’re not doing their job Dr. Bayless Senior passed on I noticed immediate changes and they’re growing and seem to be only interested in money now

My first appointment here, I waited for 45 mins to see the Dr. Then another 20 in the waiting room. My next appointment, I showed up 15 mins early, my appointment was at 115. At 120 I asked how much longer and they said only a few more minutes. By 145 I needed to leave and would have to reschedule. My nextbappnext app was better, but when I scheduled the follow up, they put it on MLK day. I asked the gal if they we're open and she said yes. A week before my appointment, they called and said that they wouldn't be open. Today, I asked if they we're running behind, and they said yes. I said I have to be back to work by 11 and needed regfills only. Hopefully, they get me in and out.

My son has had a serious allergic reaction for over a week now and this office has been giving me nothing but the run around about getting a referral for a specialist. My sons face is swollen every morning and today I have called 7 times because his feet have become so swollen that it hurts for him to walk. On the 4th phone call I was finally told that I needed to speak with Tatiana for the referrals but she was at lunch. I called back and she told me that she would be sending the referral as soon as we hung up. I waited almost 2 hours as instructed to call and see if the referral was sent but the specialist says they have not received it. I called Tatiana back twice and once again got no answer, so I left a voice mail. This was at about 3pm and I never received a call back. I called back a seventh time and spoke with a woman named Brenda. Brenda claims that the referral was sent already but could not tell me when or where it was sent. She then said that the notes state that Tatiana spoke with my wife(who was sitting right next to me) and told her it was sent. When I told her we had not received any call I was told that Tatiana would not just "write that in the notes if she didn't talk to her." So now over a week into this ordeal, my son still suffers from rashes, hives, swelling, and my wife is now a liar. This is an extremely unprofessional office and staff.

Needed an appointment to refill my meds. Once I arrived, it took the therapist an hour to even see me even though I was early. After my appointment, it took the meds tech 5 DAYS TO REFILL MY MEDICATION! Every time I called to ask what happened, the meds tech never answered the phone. Today I go in and they want to charge me for my last visit EVEN THOUGH I PAID ALREADY! THEN WANTED MORE THAN DOUBLE FOR THIS VISIT! They don't know what they are doing and it is horrible!

I've had pleasant experiences with Bayless' providers, but my experience with billing has been ridiculous. Bayless' website clearly states that Cigna is an accepted insurance. I've been seeing a therapist and psychiatrist at Bayless for months. I made an appointment for a physical and was faced with a $250 out of network bill months later. I called my insurance to sort this out and was informed that Bayless had not had a contract with Cigna since 2015. To add insult to injury, I had a follow up appointment to discuss blood work results from my $250 appointment. I made an appointment and waited over an hour and was informed that the staff couldn't find my lab results. To make things even worse, I'm sitting here with a SECOND $250 bill for a visit that wasted my time and provided no answers. These are very shady business practices that border on fraud. I beg you to waive the $500 fee. It's not ethical to collect a copay, then fine a customer for an out of network visit without their knowledge.

I've filed a report against this company with the state medical board and the state attorney general. I highly encourage ALL other patients to do so. Take notes of the people you interact with, times and names. This office is unprofessional and the staff doesnt care about patients well being. Only the money they get for patient headcount. Google wont let me post the 4 page letter of complaints that I sent to this company, which is why they dismissed me as a patient. Oh yeah beware of that too, if you stand up for yourself you better not need a medication refill, because they wont help you. They will dismiss you 2 days before your med check without notice. In the following pictures I've included my letter of complaint I sent this company. I'll add that to their automated service is still calling me and the recording says "hello, casey t. Do not schedule at bayless healthcare. Our records show we havnt seen you in over 90 days".... still calling me to schedule appointments with them, after they dismissed me.

Let's start with the bad stuff and get it out of the way: I hate the way they're run now, the policies, office administration, etc. you can hardly get a human being on the phone for an appointment, let alone if u might actually need to speak to the triage nurse for a breakdown or something important! A cute and cozy midtown doctor/psych full service center. They try their best to do what they can. Sometimes things happen and issues come up: whether it's a script refill or another issue they try their best to remedy it. I see complaints from people about psych 'pushing meds' well that's what psych is for. Psych=Meds Therapist=Talking. If you don't want to try meds then don't, you ultimately have the choice over your own body. I haven't gone for medical but seems like most people are happy with them on that front as well. If you like small, cozy and intimate attention then Bayless is the place for you!

This facility doesn't care about its patients. Its just another revenues accumulating business in the behavior healthcare medical field. PA (Brook Marrow) empathy and care for her patients is insincere and downright fake. She made me feel as if I was just another narcotic abusing statistic.After playing the run around game with me by saying she was in communication with my PCP and Neurologist she quickly recommended that I be treated elsewhere. After reviewing my first sentance I realize its a broad vague statement but, honestly I feel the majority of the therapist and PAs don't really want to be there....The receptionist and PA assistants were the friendliest and genuine. Brooke is great. This review is more about the process of getting my prescriptions refilled. It takes weeks of faxing and calling from my pharmacy to even get a response on medications that I can't just stop taking. Last time I tried to get one refilled Bayless faxed my pharmacy telling them that I was no longer on the medication, which isn't true. I actually had to make an appointment and go in even though I was there 2 weeks prior so I wouldn't run out

Also, record with your phone all your conversations with the staff because some Psych's lie, or alter, whether intentionally, or unintentionally. Do not go here.......EVER.

This is the worst medical office I have ever been to. It's located in a poor area of the city. Parking is minimal and the location is small. Front desk staff are average at best. They make no effort to get to know you or be pleasant. You fill out the same paperwork every time you're there. I had my provider cancel an appointment with me, which is fine but, the office staff completely neglected to tell me. At one point they stopped collecting my copay before appointments, didn't bill me, and then told me I would be refused service if I didn't pay in full. The medical assistant for Andrea Raby never answers the phones or calls back. They tell you that they'll do something, call someone, fax something, but they never actually do it. Update: I’m not entirely sure what your “core values” might be, but if you claim that your staff upholds these values then one can only assume that these values circulate around pill pushing, money, and poor client relations. It’s interesting to me that no one could find my phone number to tell me that my appointments had been cancelled, nor could they send a simple fax to assist me in an ADA claim yet now that I’ve stopped going they can find my number to tell me I owe them money. In the past, I would leave 3+ messages to get ahold of my provider with absolutely no response. When confronted with this, your staff spouted some garbage about receiving the voicemail messages weeks later, all at once. When I suggested that they look into their phone provider I was told it wasn’t an issue. I never received an apology or a follow up call from the doctor. Please stop putting people on addictive medications and then abandoning them to go through painful withdrawal on their own.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the absolute worst health care provider in the entire state of Arizona. The staff is transient and uneducated. It is like trying people that are not intending to continue long term with the Bayless. I was given a prescription by my neurologist which the Psychologist unilaterally increased after only 1 meeting from .25 milligrams to 150 mg. When my prescription ran out they left me hanging and I experienced a great deal of tension, depression, fear and withdrawals. They DO NOT CARE for the patients. My Therapist, CHRISTINE was inattentive, withdrawn and never looked up from her computer because she was more interested in typing her notes and the next patient waiting. DO NOT RISK YOUR LIFE OR MENTAL HEALTH WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEIR LICENSE SHOULD BE REVOKED PERMANENTLY. The refused to send in my script because the STUDENT therapist closed my file and she does not even have a valid license to practice...........WOW The state authorities should be looking closer at these idiots!!!!!!

I friend of mine suffered a debilitating seizure due to there lack of empathy. A lawsuit is pending. Do not trust these people. Barry is an excellent P.A. see him. Or go out of Bayless and see John Hicks, M.D. Also and very important D.O.'s and P.A.'s should not be treating severe Psychiatric problems.

Bayless has been my clinic for a couple years and the staff here treats me very well. All the MAs (Eddie, Anahi, and more) are kind and capable providers. My primary, psych, and therapist are indispensable. I wouldn’t have the quality of life I enjoy without my care here. They're progressive in the number of treatment routes they have. Don't think they slack off or ignore their patients- I know these people by name and I know they care about the job they do.

Had a 1hr wait for a referral and quick check up as in about 15 to 20min after waiting 1hr from my appointed time. The 1st floor offices had a semi basement aroma but they have air fresheners and on the 2nd visit the air fresheners were on high. Good thing it's not something I have an allergy to but rather a strong perfume fragrance from those auto air fresheners on the wall. Small parking lot behind building and another area across the street was pretty full. Only 2 spaces allocated for patient pick up so when I left I got stuck because a van was just parked behind parked cars waiting for their patient. There is no "No coughing" section in the waiting room so if you are not sick you may come in contact with sick people moving and coughing through the enclosed waiting space. No masks offered or habd sanitizer just Kleenex in waiting area. There is a tv and magazines while you wait. Bathroom and water fountains But the wait was pretty bad for the reason I was even here to start. They have multiple locations but I have only been to the 3rd street location. Response time is terrible it's been a few days and I have no word on my Rx being filled.

What a joke. They will make and confirm appointments for you. You take the time out of you day to show up. Get there and fill out all the papers needed of you . Sit in a sad waiting room for 20 minutes. Then tell you that your appointment as canceled

Very professional, caring, kind, compassionate! I really was concerned when I did my intake that I wouldn't see the doctor the same day. They actually went above and beyond to help me same day and did! It was busy and I had to wait which was expected as I was being fit in. However I was still able to be seen that is putting patients needs first! You all rock! Thank you all for everything you do!

Frustrated- been months still no counselor no calls back, excuse after excuse, Im ready to move my son treatment, Ive been with you for over two years, Id like having my doctor and counseling in the same place but you guys have obviously outgrown your ability to what you can do for a client, my son should of been assigned a caseworker but again another request that ive made thats never been met. The only person that consistent is my Nurse that prescribes his meds, I get zero support on the behavioral side.

I had a change to my insurance that took place on December 31st and they now claim that I owe them money from an appointment that I had January third I was then promised by DR.Raby that this would be taken care of promised twice since no one even told me they didn't take my insurance any longer.... To make a long story short my insurance has been taken care of but they won't let me see the Dr and today they said I have to pay half up front to see her what a joke you people only care about money not your patients shame in you !!!!!!!!!!!

My 1st impressions were good. Dr. Andera Raby seemed interested in helping me with my mental illness. However after my second visit I quickly realized she was double booking patients every 15 min. Definitely inattentive, didn't seem phased by feelings of suicide, she just keept the pills coming. She didn't have effective communication with my pharmacy which led to the wrong amount of pills received and incorrect dosages more than once. Also no follow through with Pre Authorizations of medications not on my formulary. I told her I needed therapy not just pills. She recommended a Therapist at Bayless. After my FORTH visit, I was told I couldn't see him anymore because there was a "problem with my insurance". Yep the problem was Bayless "Engagement Center" failed to correctly validate my coverage. The Therapist at Bayless are NOT CREDENTIALED TO SEE MEDICARE PATIENTS. ANY MEDICARE PATIENTS! So why did they schedule me, take my Medicare card at the front desk with my $40 copay not once or twice... 4 times?! Then send ME the bill for all 4 sessions! THEN they wouldn't let me see Dr. Raby or get my prescriptions until I paid for their mistake. The next 60 days almost killed me. They don't return calls, you can't talk to a supervisor and You ARE JUST A CHART NUMBER TO THEM! Dr. Raby told me she couldn't help me anymore due to the conflict THEY CREATED. She wrote my 6 prescriptions for Psychiatric medications. I was sobing and suicidal, she showed me the door with no concern at all that I was now unsupervised on SIX MEDICATIONS. She didn't even give me names of other Drs that would help. After 60 days they sent my account to collectors! I callled Let JOE KNOW ON CHANNEL 15 ABC!! 1 phone call from them and the CFO called to wipe out the debt. I am still looking for help. SAVE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME DON'T TRUST THEM.

I am writing to express my immense disgust and disappointment with Bayless Integrated Healthcare. Please review the timeline for tthe past two days below: Monday, July 9th: I received my usual call from Bayless confirming my appointment for Tuesday, July 10th at 11:45 am at the Mesa location. Tuesday, July 10th: I went to my scheduled appointment which is located 20 miles one way from my home. This necessitated a drive on the AZ-101 which resulted in a rock hitting and shattering my windshield. Upon arrival, I was told I was checked in then called back to the window and told my case was closed. I told the receptionist about the letter and my previous phone calls. She then made a call then told me I could not see Dr. Raby and would have to reschedule and start all over to have an intake done again then maybe I could be seen by someone. I explained that I have been seeing Dr. Raby once a month for over a year to obtain medication refills, have never missed an appointment and am now out of medicine thus I have no choice but to stop taking anything cold turkey, which is known to be an extremely bad idea to do. With zero options available to me, I had no choice but to leave. According to my phone records, I called Bayless on June 26th, June 27th and twice on June 28th regarding this closure letter. Finally getting through on the 28th, I was told the only person whose name was on my letter, Michelle Alvarez, would be calling me shortly. As of today, July 10th, she has never called. Once I made the 20-mile trip back home, I called again and was told Michele Alvarez was not available and placed in the voicemail of her supervisor. As of today, July 10th at 8:19pm, the supervisor has not returned my call. The sheer ignorant method by which Bayless Integrated Healthcare operates is mind-boggling. This letter of closure or whatever came out of absolutely nowhere and despite numerous attempts to find out why no one can explain what could have possibly caused this to occur. Seeing as I have NEVER missed an appointment other than the one I was kicked out of today, I can only assume there is a paperwork issue. What paperwork? After all of these months that I have been seeing Dr. Raby at Bayless, no one has EVER contacted me about missing paperwork. As previously mentioned, I have appointments EVERY month to get my prescriptions refilled. If there was an issue with my case, would it not have been a good idea for there to be a note in my file telling somebody (the receptionist, the MA, Dr. Raby herself) to inform me while I was physically in the Bayless office? To have this Michelle person or whomever "claim" that I am noncompliant is beyond suspicious not to mention an exceptionally ignorant method of communicating with patients, many of whom have serious mental issues. For the past 35+ years, there has not been a day that goes by when I am not fighting the desire to die. I have been told I should apply for disability but I have been shut down at every turn. It is disgusting to me that mental illness is still stigmatized so heavily in this country and in particular by Bayless. I am beyond disappointed by the gross lack of compassion by Bayless Integrated Healthcare and hanging on by a thread thanks to today's events.
