dr. brite was amazing. unfortunately, i was given the run-around by the referral coordinator, alba. she was HORRIBLE!! I've never had a healthcare professional tell me they were too busy to do their job. it made it so hard to get a referral to the right specialist and it took nearly 2 months from the time of my original dr.'s appointment to get it. it sucks when you finally find an awesome doctor but their staff just doesn't care.

two days in a row ive been scheduled with providers in this company who dont work with my birth control. after the first one didnt work with my birth control, i would have expected their own company to put me with a provider who they knew, does in fact deal with my birth control. Google doesnt give me enough space to actually tell you about the abundance of horrible interactions ive had with this company in only 2 days.

Shout out to Dr Ledesma and Melissa as they made you feel comfortable and talked to you as a person rather than throwing out medical jargon. From checking in to receiving lab work and exiting, all the staff were courteous and respectful. Everything on time and very caring.

I came to The Bayless location on Central Avenue. This is my first time getting care at this office. The nurses were amazing and so are the doctors. Although I just came in to get results of an MRI I took last week they were able to do a full blood workup for me since I had not had time to visit LabCorp. They save me an extra trip and what I'm assuming to be a long wait if I had to have gone somewhere else. The staff here really Hippocratic oath seriously!

I dislike this this office. The doctors will say they will work with you since you are self co pay. But instead they make your bill hire. Sonoran Quest is where the lab gets billed. Super high prices it’s ridiculous. Better off going some where else. Phone calls are unprofessional regards tosupervisors. But the staff at the front desk are pretty nice and will try to help with what they can but when you get to the supervisor sorry you don’t get anything answered. It’s always an excuse, never want to help. Last time going there never again. They said they bill Snoran Quest but they don’t know what the prices will be lol.

They are friendly here, the doctor I saw is thorough, knowledgeable, and they are a teaching facility. Not like other clinics, it didn't feel like a conveyor line at all. The atmosphere is like that of a regular doctors office. They are an excellent place to receive care.

I checked in wasn’t given paperwork right away was told to sign in and have my ID and insurance card ready and to take a seat, 5 minutes goes by the front office girl calls me up takes my cards then another 5 or so minutes I get called back up for paperwork so now almost 20 minutes have gone by

Poor scheduling, I have had to wait over an hour past my scheduled time to be seen on multiple occasions. It takes a long time to get an appointment here, roughly a month or more. I have had providers call the day of to cancel appointments I made a month in advance. The therapists do their own scheduling and it is a nightmare. Mental and physical health are so important, please seek out providers who can provide the care and attention you or your loved one needs.

Had to wait long for my appointment..when I need to get ahold of my therapist..no one ever answers the phone...if you call someone will get back with you 24 to 48 hrs. Which is a pain. My family Dr. has so many patients and they run so smoothly. Am fed up with accountant management.. they never have it right what I owe

My son has had a serious allergic reaction for over a week now and this office has been giving me nothing but the run around about getting a referral for a specialist. My sons face is swollen every morning and today I have called 7 times because his feet have become so swollen that it hurts for him to walk. On the 4th phone call I was finally told that I needed to speak with Tatiana for the referrals but she was at lunch. I called back and she told me that she would be sending the referral as soon as we hung up. I waited almost 2 hours as instructed to call and see if the referral was sent but the specialist says they have not received it. I called Tatiana back twice and once again got no answer, so I left a voice mail. This was at about 3pm and I never received a call back. I called back a seventh time and spoke with a woman named Brenda. Brenda claims that the referral was sent already but could not tell me when or where it was sent. She then said that the notes state that Tatiana spoke with my wife(who was sitting right next to me) and told her it was sent. When I told her we had not received any call I was told that Tatiana would not just "write that in the notes if she didn't talk to her." So now over a week into this ordeal, my son still suffers from rashes, hives, swelling, and my wife is now a liar. This is an extremely unprofessional office and staff. I just want my son to not be covered in hives and swelling. It is now 9AM and there is no answer at the office phone.

Had a great experience here with three of my children. Doctor was amazing and all of the staff were super friendly. Highly recommend this doctors office to anyone looking for great child care. Even our kids all loved it here, the play are is especially a great addition that made the visit less stressful. The office over all was very impressive as you'll see in the photos attached. They even had some super cool interactive displays on the walls that our kids loved!

Everyone I have encountered so far at Bayless Integrated Healthcare is a true inspiration to my life. Anna Joyce is quite devoted to her job and outgoing. I highly recommend Bayless Integrated Healthcare to all. No matter what your approach to medicine is. Bayless Integrated Healthcare utilizes all of their resources and doesn't waste anything. I have received counseling at Bayless Integrated Healthcare. It has improved my life a lot. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

If you want your time wasted, this is the place for you! Today I had an appointment at 10:10. Now the time is 11:30 and I’m still sitting in the room waiting for the doctor. Not one person came to check on me or tell me they were behind schedule or anything. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

They offer a wide variety of services for adults and children. We spent she's trying to find a pediatrician we liked, and Dr. James was the best. Our daughter adores him, and he treats us like family. The new office is really nice, and for standard medical visitors there usually isn't more than 10 minute wait times (psych appointments may take longer).

Do not go here. It is horrible. I took my daughter in for a possible broken foot/ankle. We were seen by a medical student who asked us random questions. He barely examined her and said she would need an X-ray. The pediatrician then came in, didn't examine her at all and just agreed with the medical student. They sent an order to SimonMed for an X-ray for the wrong body part. I had to call from the radiologists office. It took 40 minutes to get through and I was told that her pediatrician had left the office. The MA said "He left" and I said, "She was seen by a female doctor". They looked further and said, "Oh yeah". It took over an hour to get the Xray order corrected. I took 5 hours for the appointment and the X-ray. The unfortunate thing is the X-ray would have taken 20 minutes because there was no wait. Today I called the office to find out the results of the X-ray and they said it would take a week!!! Unbelievable that they would be willing to leave a child in pain for a week...by then the bone would already start healing. They 100% don't care.

Don't trust the healthcare practices at Bayless. They failed to let me know my doctor no longer works there, and when I prompted them to sign an emotional support animal form for an airline (of which they had done on several previous occasions), I was told I needed to pay for an appointment to have someone new see me since I am due for a check-up. So tell me, how are you still prescribing my medication with an overdue doctor's visit?

We have been going here for years now and Dr James is such an amazing doctor. However since this location has moved seems like they have a new front end these girls 3 times have made it that my son has not been seen he recently had a seizure and I was taking him to too do a follow up and I never got back this is so sad they have just gone so far down hill! I waited 45 minutes to go back never didn’t front desk could have cared less that we were not seen with a smile on their face!! Every time the office manager called me and said I’m so sorry please come back and this won’t repeat well it did and this was the last time! I will never step a foot in that place it’s really sad to leave a doc my kids have had for years but my children need better!!

Was referred to Dr. James by my OB Dr. Hervey and he is phenomenal. He fully examined my newborn and gave us tips and pointers on what to look for. We are choosing not to vaccinate our son and he respected those wishes professionally.

If i could rate a zero, I would. I took my daughter there for 3 appointments so I could have her evaluated for adhd, just to have Dr. Lindsay refuse to treat her, not because she didn't need it, but because she has epilepsy. He instead referred me to a place I told him i couldn't get into, or afford because they won't take her insurance. Don't waste your time here.

This is a great practice for mental health care. My experience is related to medication management and not therapy. Very knowledgeable psychiatrist and I’ve been happy with my care. Always in time and office is run well. Recommend highly!
