Just do your best to stay away from these people. Rude, and do not help. It would be nice if they would at least fake about caring for the families that come here. My grandson was taken there for help, waste of time, I mean hours of wasted time. Rude and uncaring, I do speak up for family and myself. Well they don't like that, well to bad. If they can dish it out, don't be surprised when it comes back on you. If an employee is reading this, LEARN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND MAKE TIME TO HELP THE CHILDREN AND ADULTS WHO COME TO YOU FOR HELP. If it is such an inconvenience to help, find a job that is not in this type of field.

The CRC does nothing to help you. You sleep on a chair with no pillows or on the floor on a hard mat. They will not take care of your medical needs until you're absolutely sick. And still they do not care and are trying to send you to another facility without spending as much as they can. They make you lay there while you are miscarrying and if you are a minor they will not let you speak with your parents even in the case of emergency unless they have already sent you to the ER. The nurses are rude. All the techs do is socialize along with the other staff.

The CRC (Crisis Resource Center) is not Banner. Even though its attached to the building and they work together. They're their own entity, review the CRC not Banner.

This place sucked! First of all they take HOURS to see you! The staff are rude and inconsiderate. I went in for the most stupid reason and wasn’t suicidal and I didn’t want to hurt anyone, and I was told I had to stay. The stupid Mexican doctor saw me, twisted my words, and sent me to a level one facility. What a dumb place to be. Doesn’t help just pisses you off!
