$400.00 for out of pocket? Seriously? How are people supposed to get help at that cost. I asked the receptionist if they have any sort of payment plans or programs. Her answer was we do accept BCBS insurance. I asked any others besides insurance? No, is there anything else I can help you with, said with disdain as if saying to me, I dont have the time to talk to you if you dont have the money to come here. No other resources suggested, no compassion. Way to go medical professional. Trying to get mental health help here without $400.00 1st visit and $200.00 each visit after that will get you no where.

After seeing Dr. Chong for a couple months, he had already given me incredible insight on how I could improve my mentality. He really got the ball rolling for me and since then I have been living the happy go lucky life that I've always yearned for! He takes the time to really listen and replies with positive words and encouragement, i'd give 6 stars if I could cause before he shed some light on my mentality I was in a really dark place. Thanks Dr. Chong!!! You gave me the knowledge and the tools I needed to help myself.

Dr. Chong has been incredibly helpful, kind and knowledgeable every visit. Each one concluding with techniques and self-understanding that I previously had a difficult time finding on my own. My time here thus far is invaulable, and that's aided additionally by a friendly and courteous staff. I highly recommend AZ Restorative to anyone currently stuggling with depression, anxiety or any number of troubles. It has been more than worth it for me.

I've seen Dr Chong twice and would highly recommend him and his office. I contacted the office via website first, they promptly returned my call and I was able to schedule an appointment in less than a week. The web based intake form was short and easy to fill out and was just a supplement to my initial office visit. Dr Chong is a very caring and thoughtful provider.

I have been seeing Dr. Zehring for more than 6 months. He has been caring, knowledgeable, thorough, but most importantly he has seen me for the person I am. He has given me so much hope and he always says he will not give up on me. I was referred to him due to his expertise in treating patients with eating disorders. I am so glad I was sent to him!

After reading some great reviews I was excited to make an appt with Dr Chong. I have called at least 20 times and no one ever answers the phone. I left two voicemails and no one has called back (within the last 2 weeks). If this is the level of service I would expect as a client there then I'm not comfortable being a patient for long term care. I am disappointed.

My experience with Dr. Zebring and the office has been fantastic. Beyond the excellent treatment I've received, Dr. Zebring assisted with the submission of FMLA paperwork, submitted prescriptions electronically when I was travelling, and otherwise went the 'extra mile' to help me out.
