Friendly staff. Manager was very easy to talk with in relation to my account. She took the time to look back a year on my account in order to verify information at that time. Dr Abolade is always dressed very professional, comes to greet you & walk you to room for your visit. Easy to talk to, allows you to speak without interruptions, offers professional suggestions, guidance, & encourages feedback. If any medicine describe he goes over it with you before you leave visit. Everyone that I've had dealings with like the nurse, receptionists, other counselors, each has treated me with respect, kindness & concern. Speak using your name which means a lot to me personally. The office is always neat, clean with music & plenty of magazines or books to look at should you need to wait. I don't remember of a time Dr Abolade wasn't at door waiting on me as I paid copay. The keep your information private, easy to schedule visits and require a 24 hr notice if you're not coming or you'll pay $100 fee.

I've had none of the problems the others have mentioned. The front desk and nurses have been terrific. When I've had questions or problems with medication (somebody stole my prescription), the nurse bent over backwards to see I was taken care of. Dr. Abolade is a genuinely compassionate person, and he has meant a lot to me. I have nothing bad to say about him or any of his colleagues.

Ive used this place since it opened. I used these same drs and therapists when they were at alabama psychiatry services before it closed. Ive never had a problem. They try not to over charge you as well, even though they have a non cancellation fee. Most peoples complaints probably have to do with money with this office from what i notice the most. And that is not the Dr offices problem.....insurance companies do not do much for mental health right now. And also alabama is on the bottom end for mental health in the united states. This dr office does what it can, and i am thankful to be a patient here with people i trust. Duh you have to pay a copay when you walk in. Like every other dr office.

This place is good. Dr. Abolade is very professional. They have a crisis line you can call in case of emergency.
