This man kicked me out of a psychiatrist meeting 5 minutes in because I had a so called "attitude" I am here to get help and me being the patient, need to speak and get everything off my mind as to what I'm feeling. He kept speaking over me when I wanted to relay to him something about what is going on with me. Told me "You can't convince a psychiatrist to give you what you need" when I didn't try to convince him of anything only told him what I had been going through. When I told him what helped me best as in self medication I said Xanax because it's the only thing I've ever used that helped me out with my anxiety attacks. He got offensive and said he isn't prescribing me that, I told him I'm not convincing him of anything, and I guess that was my attitude. I 100% do not recommend going to this psychiatrist he is not the nicest of all and honestly very hard to understand if that is a problem you don't like. After him saying I had an attitude I told him sorry at least 5 times stating I didn't know I had one even if I did and that I was just there for help and he kept saying just find someone else over and over again. Def find someone else and go get your money's worth!!

I must say that Dr. Abolade has helped our son over the past 5- 6 years. He is not the Dr to go to if you want a quick fix or prescription on the spot. Abolade is the only dr that has helped our son, but he requires to do things his way or no way at all.
