Outstanding practice. Staff always polite and helpful. Dr. Wilson and her team are excellent and care about their clients. They are efficient, but thorough. You don't have to wait an hour after your scheduled appt to be seen. Highly recommend

When you're supposed to be able to open up about issues yet Dr. Pratt Is so rude she wont let you finish a sentence to answer the question she asked. Im glad you people had a laugh. Military not welcome.

Dr. Wilson ignored our concerns with her medication prescribed for our child who began acting erratic with ideas of self harm. Not only did she ignore our concerns, she forced us to go to UAB with a threat of involving child services. Went to UAB and specialist there asked us why our child was there after extensive interview and multiple questions from counselors and related staff. Eight hours later left UAB with new direction to end medication prescribed by Wilson and our child has been trouble free since. I wouldn't take my dog to this chick!

We are extremely pleased with the care that Dr. Wilson has provided to us. However, I have NEVER been able to call and speak with someone without at least a 5 minute hold. When they answer the phone, you do not even get a chance to speak. They answer the phone with, "North Alabama Family Psychiatry and Counseling please hold," then instantly switch you to the hold music. Today, I called with a question and waited on hold for 17 minutes before speaking with someone.

Took my daughter to see Dr Wilson the entire 2+ years we lived in Madison. I always liked her no-nonsense approach to my daughters care. I personally saw Michelle Pratt and then her replacement Harmony Rose and I loved their approach to my care. I would definitely recommend them to anyoy, child or adult.
