I was in a difficult situation and needed some advice about malicious harassment. I was nervous about calling anyone for help, but after speaking with Wolfgang at Washington State Investigators, I felt more at ease. I hired them and they went to work. They conducted hostile surveillance detection to verify what I have been telling others. Do not use the services of this company. I did not have a good experience at all. Just use another agency or an online background website as they will provide much more accurate information and cheaper. All i needed was criminal background checks for a court case and I had provided correct date of birth, name and locations of residency of the subject in question. I was told my information was not correct. When I asked what additional information I could provide to help I was told that the information I provided was not correct and that the time and funds for the background check was depleted and was given no records on the subject at all. Basically, took the money without rendering services. Also when I said I was going to write a review I was threatened with a slander litigation from the agency. I feel like I was bullied and not taken care of well. If services are not rendered I will be taking this issue to the BBB. Good day!
