PLRG is the best! After separating in preparation for a divorce, my wife disappeared but I had to electronically transfer money into her bank account because of a temporary support agreement. The longer she delayed, the more money I had to put into her bank account. Since I did not know her location, I hired PLRG to find her so I could have the divorce papers served. That was a year ago. During their initial investigation, PLRG discovered that my wife was committing adultery. Surprisingly, my wife’s Paramour showed PLRG agents pictures on his cell phone of the Paramour and my wife kissing and hugging. Over the next year, I had PRLG conduct surveillance operations approximately 10 times in order to build up a case for adultery which would allow the court to terminate support in accordance with Virginia Code 20-109. These operations were always backed up with many photographs of my wife, her Paramour, and their vehicles, as well as reports containing the surveillance observations and photos. PLRG also queried DMV records to gather extremely useful information such as my wife’s Paramour had registered his car to her address. (Clearly my wife and her Paramour are not the smartest people on the planet). Although these reports were thorough and well documented, it is extremely difficult to gather the most important evidence for adultery, that of public display of affection. This is because the subjects rarely, if ever, display public affection. When my divorce trial was finally held, the PLRG testimony of the pictures of hugging and kissing were not admissible because the pictures couldn’t be shown in court. However, the report *was* admissible, and it contained another public display of affection: the Paramour had his arm around her waist when they were walking to his car. However, the testimony by PLRG of the events in all of the reports was so well given and descriptive, that my lawyer and I knew we had a great chance of winning the adultery case even though there was only one instance of affection. Apparently, the opposing counsel thought so too because my wife agreed to a divorce based on adultery committed by her rather than have the court rule in my favor. Needless to say, PLRG gets my highest possible rating. And though I hope to never need their services again :) I would not hesitate to hire them for this or any of their other offered services. Their performance was nothing short of exemplary. I was always kept well informed of the events as they occurred. I was always in control of the surveillance (since I am not rich, sometimes I had to call off the surveillance if the chances of success were small in my opinion). And they were able to accomplish what my first PI firm was not able to do. Margarita was a pure pleasure to work with, understanding and sympathetic, and in case I didn't make it clear above, it was her testimony that won my case for me. I cannot provide an approximate cost because it was many hours over the course of a year. Her rate at that time was $95/hr, but it didn't matter how many agents it took to track the subject, the rate was still $95/hr.
