This is the Private Investigator for O'Connell and Associates. They also drive a navy/dark blue Jeep and are rude, horribly unprofessional and they work as husband and wife. Do not hire this company. They also get caught over and over. They are not discrete.

I hired them on a Friday late evening . I quickly paid the retainer . Within one hour he already had the evidence I needed to dump the man who had been cheating on me. I was very surprised how fast they were able to get the job done. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who is wondering or questioning someone's behavior . If you are reading this review, you more than likely have that horrible feeling in the pit of your stomach. This feeling is truly uncomfortable both emotionally and physically. I can tell you the ONLY remedy for this feeling is TRUTH and this is where you should be thankful that O'Connell & Associates exist. I found this company the day that my wife left for a business trip in Bethesda. I had that terrible feeling above because of a growing suspicion I felt between my wife and her boss over the past few months. Before finding O'Connell & Associates, I made calls to about 3-4 other PI's in the area...some didn't pick up/call back and the others I felt did not conduct themselves in enough of a professional manner to trust with such a personal and serious matter. I finally reached out to O'Connell's and had a consultation with Kim, who thoroughly explained the services they provided while also being mindful and considerate with helping me deal with the stress of the whole situation. I felt that I finally found the right person for the job and entrusted this company with this very personal situation. Over the next 2 days of investigation, Mike and Kim provided excellent coverage while keeping me constantly informed throughout the entire investigation. The ability for Mike and Kim to blend in as a married couple in a crowd allowed the team to clearly observe interactions and capture the evidence needed to uncover the whole truth, good or bad. They also used state of the art surveillance technology to make sure nothing could be misconstrued...like I said before, the TRUTH is the only thing that mattered. The other true value of this company is the compassion and advice these two provided throughout the whole process. Throughout the entire investigation, you will be feeling uncomfortable, stressed, and just about every other emotion the human mind is capable of, so I can not stress how important this component of their service is. After day 2, I had enough information enough tell my wife to end her business trip abruptly and address these problems. O'Connell & Associates were able to uncover some problems that if left untreated, would have killed my marriage. Think of it like this: My marriage had a cancer growing inside of it, this company was the CT Scan needed to diagnose and assess the situation, now my wife and I are treating the problems and saving our marriage. Those still reading this with a pit in their stomach: you have found the right company and I wish you all the best.
