I contacted Armbruster Investigations in part due to the earlier review, but my experience was quite different. I found that she had a poor attitude and no interpersonal skills. I could't speak as to her investigative abilities as I was too appalled by her lack of professionalism to even consider using her; not to mention that the phone number provided is her personal cell which she casually answers like it's her husband calling from the grocery store. Pro tip Renee, rapport is the first step to a good professional relationship. If you need to feel valued or respected...go elsewhere.
