I'll change my star rating if proven incorrect... But A19012 is not a registered license with DPS. There is no agency listed as OneStar. I could not find a registered business with the TX SOS under OneStar Investigations. It appears that you are operating illegally and impersonating a private investigator. Which means you are collecting funds and not paying taxes to the SOS. I'm more than happy to change my rating and even edit my comment if you can prove me wrong.

All I can say is the Onestar Investigations team is awesome. Without going into too much detail about our private matter, I will just say they were very diligent in their efforts to help us. They did so with compassion and kindness. We thank them immensely.

Still illegally operating as a Private Investigation business in the State of Texas and operating a PSB function without a license is a felony.

Wow! So I just called to get some information on how much a P.I. would be and how the process will go and the lady that answered the phone was super rude! She didn't give me her name, she gave me no help, she didn't explain anything, she had an attitude, short patience and I was only on the phone with her for one minute before she hung up on me! Really!? How do they stay in business?

company license suspended , multiple code violations, owner license revoked. ineligible to hold a license in a regulated field due to convictions. Check with the Texas department of public safety. No retainer is not quite right as they ask you for a credit card up front.

This address is across the highway from my office... it's a field. They aren't licensed in Texas. They show at locations all over Texas that are false addresses. If you're a family law attorney using these guys, you might not advertise that you do so. They have been operating illegally for a long time.
