I am shocked and quite frankly suspicious of all the glowing reviews here for this company, so I am going to write the review that I wish someone else had written before I got involved with this company. Brian was very responsive and engaged....until money actually exchanged hands. It was downhill after that. At that point he stopped responding to email, voicemail, texts, etc. As far as I know, no actual/verifiable work was ever done on my case, and he never provided a summary of services/findings, despite being asked to do so multiple times. This guy is one of the most unprofessional individuals I’ve ever done business with. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB and am currently looking into what other options I have to get a satisfactory resolution in this situation. Save yourself a headache and go with one of the many other investigative services firms in the Houston area. UPDATE: I want to make sure my review is fair and accurate. That being said, shortly after posting this review, Brian did reach out to me and supplied the information I was seeking regarding my case.
