This guy is a liar. When you first talk to him he is such a good salesman. He gives you false hope and will take advantage of your situation to swindle you right out of your money. Once you make your payment he has 50 different excuses of why he can’t get started on your case and when you ask for a refund he’ll tell you he’s processed the check and put it in the mail and yet you receive nothing. When you reach out to ask where the check is he’ll tell you his sob story of being on chemo so basically his services are for donation for his chemo treatments. He’s unprofessional and lacks in integrity and honesty. If you need investigative work done go somewhere else unless you want lose your money. Huge lesson learned - you can’t trust anyone these days.

Need help finding someone? Maybe just information about someone? Well, you've come to the right person. I couldn't reccomend anyone better than David! Not only is he extremely friendly, funny and relateable, but his prices are unbeatable! This guy knows what he's doing and most of all, he really understands the public. For weeks I tirelessly searched for someone to help me find information on someone who stole money from me, and after hearing time after time that the cheapest rate they had was $115, I'd just about given up hope and began trying to figure a way to drag together the money. I was checking a few websites online one last time before I got off work, and thinking of how I'd ever be able to come up with that amount of money after having been stolen from, I was a bundle of stress. Like magic, David called me & not only heard me out for my frustrations, but charged me almost $100 less to do the exact same job! This guy is the real deal. 5 Stars for Investigative Resources of Texas My company was involved with a single motor vehicle (a motorcycle) accident in one of our work zones. We were notified by the injured driver’s attorney that we were being sued for a multitude of different issues. The case appeared to be one of those that we had no chance of winning and our insurance company was ready to talk about settlement. As a last resort we requested a professional investigator to take statements from all parties involved and were fortunate to get David Cohen. David Cohen exceeded company expectations through his superior efforts. He was able to prove that the driver was negligent in his actions and that my company was no liable for injuries and damages. It is with high praise and great pleasure that I endorse Investigative Services / David Cohen. I met David Cohen of Investigative Resources, on a Sunday flight to Dallas/Ft Worth. His personable demeanor helped to initiate a conversation that revealed to me that he was a private investigator. At the urging of my friend, I related to David the story of my estranged nephew that I had not seen in more than 30 years and had no luck finding him. I had pretty much given up. Speaking with David reignited my desire to search for him again. As expected, David offered his services. What was unexpected was what followed. David asked me several routine questions about my relative that I was unfortunately unable to answer with any degree of certainty. For example I did not know my nephew’s full birthdate, just the approximate month and year. I knew his mother’s name, but not her birthdate or any previous addresses. I knew the names of two of his siblings, but nothing more. Within two days, David contacted me with positive phone number and address matches for both my nephew and his mother. I was completely blown away by the speed with which he supplied this information given the amount of information I provided him. With only a partial birthdate and a few related names, David sent me on my way with more than enough to further the search. It then became my responsibility to use the information I was provided to continue the search. Despite several of the phone numbers being disconnected (as expected), I still have sufficient information to continue the search and sustain my hope of reconnecting with my nephew soon. To say that I appreciate him would be an understatement. He is a compassionate individual with a heart of gold. He proved himself to be quite resourceful and a man of his word. He has provided me a renewed confidence that I can finally provide closure to a situation that has loomed for more than three decades. It’s for these reasons that I highly recommend his services.
