If I could give Edward Michael Investigations TEN stars, I would! Not only did Edward and his team do a great job with the surveillance we requested, but they were incredibly thorough and professional in their communications with us. Our “subject” works at different locations, so he’s hard to track. Edward and his guys helped us define our objectives, figure out what was realistic and what wasn’t, and strategize the best way to get what we needed. They were able to find and surveil the subject on many occasions. They even got close enough to take great photos and video on without raising suspicion. It was exactly what we wanted and really helped make our case. What set EMI apart from other agencies was how nice they were and how far above and beyond they went to help us when we really needed them. A few times we asked them to work on really short notice (as in: “It’s 10pm and we need you there NOW!!) and they came through in a big way. They couldn’t make it every single time - they have a lot of clients so they stay busy - but they did everything possible to be there for us even when it was inconvenient for them. Finally, while this kind of surveillance is pretty hit-or-miss and takes a lot of time, the folks at EMI did their best to give us our money’s worth and not waste our time when it was clear our subject wasn’t going to show. They never tried to pad their time and the billing was scrupulously honest. They stayed in contact with us and kept us in the loop on everything. Their final report was well-written, comprehensive, and included many time-stamped photos of the subject. We definitely got a great value for our money!! Thank you, EMI!
