Trustworthy. Diligent. Professional. When I found it necessary to hire a P.I., I wasn't sure what to expect. When I met Mr. Juan Diaz however, I immediately felt like the matter I needed investigated would be handled with seriousness and professionalism. On the first night of the investigation Mr. Diaz positioned himself perfectly to capture amazing footage that showed my ex's true colors. Little did I know after the first investigation, that I would need to rely on Mr. Diaz and his staff's investigative skills several more times. Mr. Diaz and his staff never let me down. They worked very hard and they made me feel that their investigations for me were a top priority for them. Juan and his staff always went the extra mile and whenever their presence was needed, they were always on time. If you need a P.I. hire them. Their price is more than fair and their service is excellent.

I recently hired Mr. Diaz/Champions Investigations for some basic background checks and interviews. He committed to completing the work within two weeks, but it is now three weeks past the deadline he gave. I have called and e-mailed multiple times, but have not received a response. The phone number referenced on the Champions website has been disconnected. Mr. Diaz requested payment prior to starting the work, so the company may be out of business or may have been going out of business as he accepted the work. I am seeking to either have the work completed or obtain a refund. Will update my assessment if I receive either.

Very professional quick response to my needs for surveillance including last minute requests for service of subpoenas. Obtained surveillance for an out of town continuous week of surveillance last year that proved what I suspected. Followed up with another 2 days of surveillance this year that solidified the previous suspicions were still ongoing this year. Very informative well documented reports with video and still photos. I have nothing but praise for this company and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of surveillance in the situation my family unfortunately had to deal with due to serious unfounded false allegations.
