In my opinion this is a very unprofessional company, This Company does not conduct business from the provided address. The address this company provides is a mail box number at a postal box rental place. They were using personal vehicles to conduct commercial patrols (huge liability). The interview process at this company consists of meeting at a coffee shop or hamburger stand and filling out a wrinkled application over a 3.00 meal. Be extremely cautious when dealing with companies that operate on a shoe string or low budget if you will.

I have worked for first class on and off for about 9 years now, back when it was a very small company. Although any company can improve, first class has and continues to be one of the best companies I have ever worked at. Bill, josh (who has moved on to the Davidson County Sheriff's Dept.) John, Silvester and the whole team do their best to work with the employees and their needs. Their pay is competitive to any, and have never had a problem getting paid the entire 9 years. Those employees who leave bad reviews obviously don't or haven't worked for the same first class that I have. If you have a problem pertaining to the job, they bend over backwards to help get it resolved. Great company and people to work with and for.

I have worked for First Class Security as an Unarmed Security Officer on two separate occasions about a year apart. I would recommend them as an employer without reservation. Their pay is industry competitive and the management is outstanding. They were always willing to work with me when it came to scheduling and they genuinely care about their employees. They are quick to recognize outstanding service and it's nice to be appreciated. It's good to know there are still employers out there who recognize their employees are people too!

One of the worst companies I worked for told them before they hired me I had days I needed off in June and the day I was supposed to come back they had taken me off the schedule permanently and no one ever called me to tell me this so I had to drive all the way home this place is full of lairs I would no recommend this company

I used four officers from First Class Security, Inc. for a 300 person private event. The overall professionalism of this business and its employees is fantastic, and the security went above and beyond for my event. Cannot recommend this company enough!
