Not knowing C.S.I., I hired the firm to handle and very sensitive and very time-urgent matter for an upcoming court hearing. I had called about 8 private investigation firms and C.S.I. was the first to respond with prompt, professional service and boy am I glad I stuck with them! Not only were they timely, but they went the extra mile to really help me get the evidence I needed. I was so impressed at the professionalism and the tact with which C.S.I. handled a very delicate situation for me, I can't recommend them enough! Their experience and the confidential manner in which they handled my case really build my trust in them. C.S.I. went above and beyond not only in their investigation work, but in the finished products they produced (reports, pictures, evidence). The reports were top notch, you could tell there were years of experience behind their service. They were even prompt and responsive after the investigation was complete, ensuring I had exactly the information I needed and in the form I needed for court. Also, the investigator drove to meet me miles away just to make things easier. Excellent customer service!!! I would HIGHLY recommend C.S.I. to anyone!!
