Attitude from the second they picked up the phone, on speaker phone, verbally threatened me while cursing, then hung up the phone like a child. Totally unprofessional, lied through their teeth in a poor attempt to cover their own behind, they have no idea what the laws are and therefor do not follow them. Damaged a vehicle they had no right to take when they attempted to take it, they have no idea what they’re doing. A simple sorry and correction of their own mistakes would have prevented the headache they’re about to go through.

Not even open when they say they are. Attitude from the moment I called. The dude answered on speakerphone, gave nothing but attitude. This is an embarrassment of a company and should be closed down.

This place ruined my car causing 2000$ worth of damage they don't know what the hell they are doing. My car is a all wheel drive suv and was parked nose in they dragged it up the flat bed and yanked the tires down so hard they were misshapen! I will go to the ends of the world telling everyone how horrid this place is! The man who runs the place is rude and nasty an called me a loser and said I should pay my bills! Little did he know I do pay my bills and there wa a mistake on my car company's side so not only did I get my car back hand delivered but I got a broken car! Thanks a lot you ass clowns

Were very generous with helping me get my car back, just wish we hadn't had to have gotten to the point of generosity to begin with. Needs an updated office hours, as I drove up Saturday (google saying it was open) only to find it unlocked, but pitch black with no response from inside which meant I had wasted gas. Can't speak of the towing service, itself, as I was not present when my car was taken. Summary: Human office employees, so come prepared with a patient attitude and remember that they're just doing their job.
