Very disappointed with the subpar service I received. After the initial consultation I thought Ace was a good fit but boy was I wrong. When things didn’t go as planned on THEIR end, it was excuse after excuse. Followed by things previously discussed as “not a problem” now conveniently being categorized as never talked about. Customer service is nonexistent, don’t waste your money!

I needed evidence that my child father was working, he was behind almost 5 years with child support, Jim the president got me great video, as well as great pictures of my child’s father working (3) different times, different days. Jim told me he likes to get the evidence at least twice with child support. Thanks to Jim I am now receiving a large amount monthly because of the amount my sons father makes, plus he is paying back the state from being in the arrears. Plus he is connecting with his son, which my son needed, this was a great investment for me, every one is happy, including my sons father, he is turning out to be a much better father figure than I could have imagined. Thanks so much to Ace Investigations, especially to Jim Ayer the President. Thank You Jim PS the price was more than fair, I even had money left, which I had a total of 4 weeks to use on any of there services that they provide,, it’s in there policy contract. Thanks again
