When I spoke with Kelly, he echoed exactly what my attorney said and gave me his unique point of view. I first went to see Kelly as a scared and broken women. I knew my husband was up to something but I had no idea how bad it really was until much later. I was accused of sending threatening and sexual related text messages to a co-worker and was arrested and terminated as a result. The co-worker produced printed copies of the text messages I supposedly sent and they were from my number, but I never sent them. I should preface this with that this co-worker was up for the same promotion as I was and we did not get along in the workplace. I looked guilty, but I knew I wasn't. I even produced records from my service provider, but management wasn't convinced because my accuser stated that I could have sent them from a different texting application that my carrier did not track. My attorney referred my to Kelly at Victory Investigations. Kelly explained that he could substantiate that I was not using any other application to send these communications. He examined my device and found that I was completely innocent. My attorney suggested to my employer to see if the accuser would agree to have their phone examined as well. When it was mentioned, the accuser refused and, to my surprise, admitted to sending the messages to themselves to help their chance of being promoted. They were fired and I was immediately reinstated. Now I'm considering suing the party for damages.

Well, it's hard to be happy at a time like this, but I have nothing but good things to say about Kelly and the job he did for me.
