Randy miller is a fake law enforcement officer. He heads the retired police program but yet he gets his good friend attorney Curtis high to get him appointed to his case load because Curtis doesnt have time to go through discovery for his clients like in my case but yet randy lied to me and my dad for 10 months saying all the boat photoes and letters from the inspectors of my claim in question wernt there and my new attorney found all of them right there. And a lot of other stuff that constricted there own charges. But yet randy and Curtis continued to lie to both of us saying they filed for discovery and never did which left me a sitting duck in jail for 10 months. It is also alleged by family members that they have evidence that they both had receipts to the charges in question and hid them from me, and the district attorney. Randy lied and said my dad hired him but a court motion says his friend requested randy for saying I had no funding and was indigent. Randy would let a inacent man sit in jail while he collects money and did nothing but lie. Randy and Curtis forget there are many recorded phone calls that they denie knowing about this evidence that was in discovery. They also lied to us both saying there was a scheduled meeting between and the da and not a court date and when got there it was a hoax and the da new nothing about this so called meeting with me and that is talked about on a recorded line to both my dad and randy.
