I hired the National Investigations Inc team back in early 2018 to handle a very personal matter. Not only were they extremely sensitive to the nature of my concern, but they couldn't have been more professional. They took time to explain the process and keep me in the loop of everything that was going on along the way. Obviously I never thought that I would need to hire a private investigator, but when it came time to make that decision, I am glad I didn't choose anyone else.

Agree with Ryan completely. There are plenty of honest PIs out there. if you need a PI, use an honest one. Not National. These guys are obvious scammers and I don’t believe the positive reviews. I met with Artie at the nice Wall Street office that I was later told he rented by the hour. Both Artie and Cory lied to me. I mean not even good lies, really easy to see through pathetic lies. I politely called their bluff each time but they hung in there trying to take my money without doing the work. I eventually got some of what I paid them for and parted ways thinking that down the road I may look into state (NY / NJ) complaints against them. Needless to say I really don’t recommend National Investigators ! Stay away.

I received a return phone calls or text in a very short time and again I was very pleased with guidance that he had provided. I would absolutely recommend his company. AVOID at all costs, This place is a total scam. Artie preys on older people. Gets them them to sign ridiculous contracts promising the world while delivering NOTHING ! Very unscrupulous and intimidating and shady business man. There are many legit PIs out there that can help find loved ones unfortunately Artie is not the one.
