She kept me uniquely comfortable and conducted the test in a very professional manner. Patiently, she explained the whole exam to me and the way the polygraph works. Avoid Marcella Perez at all costs. She will do whatever she can to trick you on spending money on her bogus polygraph test which by the way she promises to be 90% accurate. Even scamming disabled individuals. If you Google polygraph tests accuracy you will find that they are less than 50% accurate. Too bad we did not know this information until after the fact. Marcella scammed my loved one with Multiple Sclerosis who took a polygraph test for Valentine's 2.14.15 day to prove fidelity. Something he did out of the kindness of his heart. Cost him $950 ($150 deposit and $800 test fee) and medical complications and depression. Folks with this sickness cannot be in stressful situations and she pushed him over the edge. Marcella refused to give a copy of the persons consent form and break down of fee insisting she would email along with the test results. Never got them! Surprise, surprise he failed the whole test even his first and last name! After accusing him of being guilty, Marcella then suggested re-testing for an additional fee which by the way should have been done for free. Im pretty sure that she failed him ON PURPOSE just to try and trick him yet again to spend more money. If she had not gotten the review deleted from 1/20/12 there would have been proof that she did this to someone else. Her Spanish accent is so heavy, as a Latina I could not even understand what the hell she was saying. Im sure my loved one could not and MS gives issue with comprehension to start. After making several complaints and requesting a refund all of a sudden Marcella's web site has been taken down and her phone number has been temporarily disconnected. Im sure she will pop up somewhere at some point but be ware of her. As they say God does not like ugly and I am sure there is a plan for her. I must point out that since my loved one has an illness/disability, legally with his permission I am allowed to speak on his behalf. Although I was not a client of Marcella, I was in communication with her from the beginning per her request. This review was my loved ones AND my experience during this traumatic time in our lives.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not use this fraud. I promise you if you research her you will see she is not Qualified. Marcella and her bogus report has caused damage in my family where people are not even speaking to each other. After my horrible experience with her, I researched Marcella Perez and there were many complaints on her. I researched and found another examiner to perform the test, who does have the credentials, and the test came back Negative for infidelity. coincidently after taking the test with the new examiner, I told him that I had a test done 2 days ago , once I mentioned her first name, he filled in the last name on his own. He said Marcella is very well known but not for good reasons and not sure how she is still around. This lady id RECKLESS! she is not qualified to do what she is doing. all its about is money with her. be careful for the ill retest for a fraction of the price routine. I wish I could go back in time and not have encounter this fraud, he recklessness has destroyed relationships within my family that will take a lifetime to repair even though the truth eventually came out from a professional, qualified examiner. Marcella Perez is a horrible person and examiner.
