About a month ago I was looking to hire a PI to do some investigative work for me. Unsure of which company to choose, I did a google search and ultimately chose American Eagle Investigations based on their excellent reviews. I have to say that I couldn't have been more impressed by the work that was done for me by Dan. From the very beginning he exhibited an exemplary level of professionalism and courtesy and did a thorough job. Throughout the duration (5 days of work) he called/texted me several times which was comforting and showed that he really cared to do a great job. At no moment did I feel like I wasted my money. He exceeded my expectations and would definitely hire him again if need be.

I hired Dan to figure out who was the owner of an eCommerce website that was infringing on our rights. Dan asked for some leads which we provided and he then concluded that the leads were not related to my case. When i asked who the real owner was he admitted that he has no way of finding out. Yet Dan felt that my money was good enough for him even when he knew there was no way he can solve the investigation,. Daniel's work is fraud. there is no honor in the work he does. Please consider someone else for your job. he won't deliver and he won't refund you. Daniel if i may, THe people coming to you are hurting for some reason or other. They pay you to help resolve the issue that's causing them distress, yet you choose to add to that distress. Dan how do you sleep at night?

I had a bad experience here and went to another PI firm that told me - in a very professional way - that basically American Eagle is really good at self-promotion. Dan isn't good at investigation, just knowing how to sell himself. Scroll down on this very page and you'll see the same rehearsed response to every negative review, where AE doesn't account for what might have gone wrong but just repackages the same tired old speech about how they couldn't possibly know what the reviewer is referring to. Smart, I guess. Dan knows how to sell the package. Doesn't make it a good package.

I was searching the web for a private investigator, and stumbled upon "American Eagle". It was in the top ten list of PI companies on Google search and had a rating of five plus (5+) stars. I was totally impressed from the start, by the web site, the fact that Mr. McBride worked for the NYPD, the longevity of the business and the reviews of his work. All his clients, were happy and satisfied with the service rendered. After reading about the company, I decided to call and make an appointment to meet with him. I expected Mr. McBride to be the one answering the phone, being that it was mentioned a few times in reviews I had read. He was professional, polite and agreed to meet with me at my earliest convenience. I was concerned, I wouldn't be able to afford his services, but was pleasantly surprised by the fair cost of surveillance and not to mention, I was blown away when Mr. McBride offered to work with me regarding the same. After our meeting, the contract was signed and I was at ease that I had a professional on the case:-). I met with Mr. McBride four(4) time and each time I received his undivided attention. When he received a phone call, he would answer and ask the person, " If he could return their call at a later time". That made me feel respected and important, anyone else / company would have you wait, while they secure their potential clients. The first surveillance was such a successful one, that I decided to have Mr. McBribe conduct a second for the same case. I am absolutely, satisfied with the excellent service I received from Mr. MacBride, and I will not hesitate to recommend, " American Eagle".
