Mark is by far the most dedicated PI you will ever find. I hired him for a surveillance job and he got exactly what I needed for an important court case. Not only does he handle the contracted job professionally and timely, he goes above and beyond the contract to make sure the job is done to the best of his ability; this guy does NOT give up! Honestly this guy is a jerk. I called him trying to track down a vehicle I used to previously own. His first question to me is what's up with you guy's? Clearly I had no idea what he was talking about but apparently he gets this question quite often. He then preceded to ask my why I wanted this information and I explained that I wanted to try and purchase the vehicle back. Seemed like a valid question but then berates me for people calling him wanting to recover their first vehicles. News flash Americans love their automobiles. After berating me over this he then asked my age which is 30 and apparently to him anyone that age either doesn't have any money or is just prank calling him. I would never recommend this agency to anyone the guy is complete jerk and thinks legitimate business calls are likely bogus. Even after explaining my father was a P.I for Senate investigators and opened his own firm afterwards before he passed away he called me a lier and hung up on me. There are far better investigators out there if you value your own reputation and self worth call somewhere else. After what happened I wouldnt accept his services if they were free.

I explained to him that I needed to find a mother and son but had very little information to offer. I was concerned that it might not be possible under the circumstances.
