BUYER BEWARE!!! Save your time and money and move on. The owner was very nice but he didn't understand what I needed at all - and didn't seem to understand much about the investigation business in general. We gave this firm many chances and they just couldn't get it right. When I asked for a refund on some of the investigative time he botched, he laughed and had a few choice words, then hung up. They promised quite a bit when they were trying to get the business from us but NEVER followed through. Buyer beware! Also, be careful one of the investigators used a GPS without our approval and tried slipping it in the billing. We would have never approved GPS. One positive, he was punctual for the first meeting but that was it.
