They will drop your name to the person there investigating. Don't ask this comapnay for help. Becides a private comapnay has to right to do the work of the government. P.s. Dont trust jack.

Unprofessional and back-stabbing company. Don't work for them, they will use you while making it seem like everything is fine; then demote you for no reason other than "going a different direction". They promote managers that don't have any experience in what they're supposed to be managing, makes sense right? No. They don't care for the hard-workers at all, and would rather have any joe-shmo filling hours than a good worker getting stops and apprehensions I've heard "Whatever you choose to do, we (corporate) have your back" a thousand times before being demoted. Oh, the new "Corporate security adviser" is two-faced scary punk who will talk nice to your face but talk down on your name to everyone else.

An excellent, no nonsense, commonsense, and straightforward company run by top notch experts. I've been in retail loss prevention since 1989 with 4 different companies and O'Brien and Associates is the best.

I worked for them since 2004 to 2015. It was a wild ride. Fun, entertaining, I had bribes (a sex offer even) and I two death threats! As some examples. Pros: You work in a contracted world. This means you are challenged to keep your company policies, the contracted policies and deal with all management styles. I enjoy challenges and maintaining policy! You work with all types of customers too. Meeting every walk of life and emotional states of mind. It is never, no never a dull moment. Well, perhaps late on night before closing times and winter season. Cons: A little above minimum wage means the government will be after you for insurance! Especially at tax time! O'Brien has little control as he pays fair, that is a fact, but the contracted service controls the amount they will pay P.I./Security company for a service. This is a competitive business, sad fact those contracted services do not appreciate that you GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Four stars? Sorry, but no insurance coverage lost the star in country that NOW demands you must have insurance.

Don’t take a job with this company. They pay just a touch above minimum wage and if you try and quit or he fires you he will come after you with lawyers.

They hired me with the benefit of the doubt to find what I have been saying was true. My superior that went out of his way to hire, and help make it possible for me to work there when I kept getting hit up by delinquents in the community is a great person to work with. Great perspective for understanding concepts, and shares same perspective for further future law enforcement efforts. Job acquired was something they had hard time filling, for they lack any benefits giving there contracted company requires the right mentality to deal with a lot of unscrupulous behavior alone in unfair/unfit environments. However this makes it difficult and creates detrimental effects like disciplinary action if you're hospitalized and forced not to work. I will miss some of the good people I had a pleasure to work with as I pursue my endeavors. Thanks O'brian & Associates. Lots of threats, and a lot of interesting experiences to reflect positive on others. Company dose like to hire a bunch of meat heads to do activity reports, because they haven't got much to complain about "small" and don't deal with the real stuff anyways by allowances against policy rules to build there confidence.
