Bill is absolutely brilliant, reliable and has a "never give up" attitude. My case of brand new stolen car was one of the most complicated owing to the type of people involved in the theft. I had lost all hopes. My lawyer and I were fighting with my insurance company which as always wanted to come up with stupid excuses to deny claims. I contacted a lot of private investigators most of them backed out after realizing the complicacy of the case. I was not very hopeful when I sent the same cut and paste email to infoPro investigations. As Bill himself said it was one of the most complicated cases he has ever dealt with and no doubt nobody would have found the vehicle since all digital and gps traces were inactive. It was Bill's persistence, some very clever PI tactics, hundreds of hours of investigation and a little bit of luck from social media that lead to the police in a different state finally finding my vehicle.
