I called CPI at about 8 AM and was immediately able to talk to a real person! Tim explained what he needed from me to serve some papers and by 10 AM he had already made attempt #1. His notification included details of the property and a picture of the building. Attempt #2 was successful at about 9 PM the same day! The notification Tim send included all details as well as a picture of the person being served. I will recommend CPI and Tim in the future.
