Brian was the best security officer I have ever used for an event... his customer service skills really set him apart. I particularly appreciated that he assisted our attendees in finding their way to various events. He even downloaded our app to help however he could. We recently used New England Security Services for our Marketing Campaign and Annual Conference in Boston. From start to finish this team excelled. In the past our conferences and campaigns have been in Vegas and this company exceeded all of our expectations here in Boston Ma. We used different tiers or levels of service. They were able to furnish us with retired cops and agents to provide bodyguard service to our executives and celebrity attendees with escorts from the airport to hotel and to events. They also provided professional uniformed security officers to monitor the exhibit space that we housed expensive equipment in overnight. During the day of the event we had event security specialists that greeted our attendees, verified badges and directed attendees to appropriate locations. Everything was coordinated and communicated smoothly and seamlessly. We also did a marketing campaign and activation with a street team in and around greater Boston and New England Security once again provided a knowledgeable and professional security team to escort our production crew. There staff are always friendly, respectful, alert, aware, and amazing to work with. I have had them at a few different locations around Massachusetts and I can always count on experienced personnel with professional appearance. I needed emergency guard service and with less than 2 hours notice they were able to get 4 guards to my location to assist with watching all my assets.
