I had to get my car back from these guys this week and I was treated with respect. There was a piece under my car that was broken when they moved my car around the lot. The owner didn't hesitate in paying for the piece and was very fair in doing so. He also calle dme the next day to see if I was satisfied with how the situation was handled. These guy repossess cars, they don't plan or do manicures....but they still run a business and do so with care and integrity. Thank you for caring about your customers!!!

The only reason why anyone would put this company down is out of spite because of a repossessed car they didn't pay for! Which is not this company's fault it's the lien holder that takes it back and this company is just doing their jobs just like any other honest,hard working company. The owner Glenn is the nicest,most down to earth and understanding person anyone would want to meet and he makes a difficult experience for anyone actually bearable!! My car was repossessed from my workplace and not only did he make sure he found me and let me know when he really didn't have to but he asked me how I would be getting home and he offered to have one of his drivers take me home or he would pay for a cab for me out of his own pocket! He is a generous and caring man who takes that extra mile to be kind to someone who is down on their luck and he unfortunately owns a business that is one of the most fraudulently sued businesses in the United States and has more false claims than 1 person could possibly handle! Its rediculous and these people do not nearly receive the great credit they so desperately deserve!!

My girlfriend's car was repossessed this week and the man who came and got it couldn't have been nicer. He let me me take my personal belongings out in exchange for the keys and informed us that we would have to speak to the bank about the details regarding the loan. When we went to pick up the car, it was in the same condition as when he picked it up. The girls in the office were so helpful, they gave us great directions how to get back home without hitting Boston traffic. Thanks National!!

These guys are amazing I had my vehicle repossessed by them and at first was extremely irate after speaking with the tow truck driver who was extremely nice and very professional I realized that these men are just doing their job for one it is the bank who orders the repossession and fortune at the end of the day I was behind on my payments that being said they treated me with compassion And understanding the vehicle was repossessed while I was in the store the tow driver took time out of his own work dayand drove me home. I did end up getting my vehicle back and the vehicle was in better condition than when it was repossessed because I got my vehicle back the day it was supposed to be transported to auction so all of my property was taking out of my vehicle and stored in the storage facility and the vehicle got a little dusty from sitting on the lot so they also washed my car hands-down they made an extremely bad experience the best they possibly could for me although I never wanted to happen again if it did happen I wouldn’t want it to be by them

ABSOLUTELY Terrible. They completely ruined my neighbors vehicle and, the Tow Truck Driver also hit several vehicles while leaving. The Tow Truck Driver was also caught on camera taking drugs prior to towing the vehicle. The Police and Insurance Company are currently investigating.
