The location is convenient in the heart of Boston downtown. The guy who helped was very rude, unprofessional and lack manners to treat his customers. He was burping and swearing as if no customers around him. After, I finished, there was a lady waiting, he yelled on her as She didn’t take of her jacket. Though, when it comes to fingerprints he seems know what to do. If I have to do it again not going back.

Excellent service, highly recommend! Was directed here by Boston PD (FYI: only MA residents can get fingerprinted at BPD HQ). Convenient and easy to find (enter building & take elevator downstairs or just ask concierge). Kosta rolled my prints ($25 per) and instructed me how to fill-in the info on the cards...fast, precise and professionally done. I`ve verified the accuracy of this service as my fingerprint cards were accepted for my federal background check without any issues. Would use this service again without hesitation.

Yes, the price is a bit high, but the quality is worth it. In my opinion, you don't need to get 2 copies of your fingerprint card from them because just the one will work for the FBI or whatever else you're sending it to. I believe that they do a guarantee, that if the one card doesn't go through, they'll give you a second one free. I'm not sure, but I think that's the case, anyway.

Tried to use for out of state live scanning. my medical board states explicitly that your photograph MUST be taken during the livescan. guy said he didnt have the capability, but that it wouldnt matter. BS. I left. Also this guy wanted $150 cash, i went with fieldprint for $80. Sketchy operation this guy is running.

I was in a pinch as I needed finger prints in order to complete an application for my bar license in California that was due in short order. The technician at my local police department was out for the next two weeks, but luckily I found Mills. Kastro was professional and had me in and out in minutes. They charge a bit more than my local police department but given their flexibility and quality, the premium is well worth it.

I really hate to write negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience so that the same thing doesn't happen to someone else. I called to schedule an appointment and we confirmed an appointment for the next morning. When I show up, the man that is there said he was filling in, that there was no appointment scheduled, but he could take my prints. Prints were taken quickly and easily, and I paid ($50 for 2 cards). I submitted them for my FBI background check, which only requires a few readable prints out of all 10 fingers (times two since I sent two cards) and was told that none of the prints were readable/acceptable. I called Mills and shared this information, asking if I could come in to get them redone. I was told that they would take the prints again, but I would still have to pay $25. I had no interest in paying even more money to this business, after no apology or acknowledgment of having missed my appointment/messed up the prints. I requested a refund but no one called me back. Really disappointing.
