I had a horrible experience with Sam Black! He got my case suggesting that he would work on a 6 hours strainer. Supposedly, he was going to spread these 6 hours working a bit on Friday night, Thursday night, and Saturday morning. When I called on Monday, he told me that the guy working on my case had to get out of town and he had to re-start my case because they only work a bit on Thursday night. So, I asked to cancel the investigation. Sam told me that he was going to send my papers "upstairs" for refund. Some days later when I asked for my refund, he had charged me 5.5 hours. This guy worked on my case for probably 2 hours and charged me $420, claiming that he worked for 6 hours. Okay I was stupid on trusting this guy with my credit card information. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!!! Go somewhere else. I am sure there are plenty of honest people and great services out there for the price you pay this guy. Besides he is rude and he does NOT communicate with you. I DO NOT recommend Ward Investigations!

I called several investigators around Gaithersburg and finally went with Kevin at Ward. He did an excellent job, and caught everything. I went to court today, and won everyone I was hoping for. GREAT PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR!!! I used this company this past week to determine if my boyfriend was cheating. He said he needed some space, and started never returning any of my calls. He told me he was not seeing anyone else, however that was a 100% lie. These guys caught him at a cheap motel with a co-worker who was married. I will always use someone from now on to check out my boyfriends!

I had a child who got mixed up with some bad seeds. I had no idea where to to turn to find out what was really going on with him, but I knew I needed to do something. I could not just stand by and watch this happen. It was silly for me to even try to follow him, and he was tellling me nothing. I hired this compnay, they gave me several options, and we went to work. It took about 10 days and we found out who the troible maker was. I am not 100% on what they did, but this person no longer comes around my child and I think we are on our way to have my great child back. I thank them so much

I hire this private investigator 2 week ago for my case here in Potomac Maryland to follow my wife who is a surgeon in Bethesda. They catch her cheating with another doctor in the hospital and they collect for me all the documentation. They do a fine job. I will now use that information to presue a divorce and child custody

5 STARS Well here is one place I never thought I would be calling. I took a nice trip with a few guy friends for ski weekend in PA. We got our fill pretty quick and decided to come home a day early. I was really looking forward to surprising my wife as we dont get too many of those these days, but I was the one who got the huge surprise, when I arrived home, she was not there, and never came home until the next morning. She gave me an excuse she stayed at a friends house, but the story just seemed like nonesense. I acted like I beleived her, but decided to hire a compnay to look into her during the day as thinking back it was always hard to get ahold of her during the day. Well guess what. Found out she was going to her unemployed boyfriend from high school's house all day who she met again from Facebook. This comapny did a great job, and I cant thank them enough. Their help is going to help me get a quick divorce and move on this summer and hopefully find someone that knows how to be a true person, rather then a lying no good person who has had everything handed to her for the last 20 years. I am staying strong. This place gets 5 stars in my opinion.

I hired this company to see if they could get some evidence to help. They came through with flying colors. I could believe my wife was dropping our children at a baby sitter and then going to a hotel to sleep with another man. i still don't believe it. Anyway these guys were great and really helped me.

A PLUS!!! I contacted this company from out of state. I have never hired an investigator before and had no idea what to ask or even say. I was a bit nervous to say the least. My children's father had moved from FL to Maryland. he stated he was not working, had no money, and could not pay child support for his two kids. I knew this was a lie as he has alway had money and lived a very good life style. I called this company, worked with Daniel, and explained the situation. He made some really good recommendations on how to go about doing this, and made several suggestions I was not even thinking about. I decided to hire them on the spot because I wanted to get this going asap. They worked the case for me and dug up all kinds of information. They found he was working a very good job, was driving a brand new expensive car, was shopping every weekend for nice expensive items. They even told me how much money he spent in Macy's on bedsheets. They followed him on several evenings going on dates with different women, taking them to big fancy restaurants. It was really ridiculous the money he was spending on himself, rather then taking care of his kids. Well we went to court this week and he got what was coming to him. The judge told him if he did not start paying his child support he was going make his life a living hell. I still have some follow up to do on this maybe and if so I would contact Daniel again and use this company for sure. A PLUS job all around. I could not be happier.

My fiancee told me about 6 moths ago she did not want to go through with it and moved out. I found she was seeing someone else. 3 months ago she came back and said she was sorry. about 2 weeks ago I just noticed some changes that had been going on. I am very well off so I thought maybe she back for the money. I think i was correct. I hired Ward Investigations here in Potomac and they caught her the first night they worked the case. She was supposed to be goign to spend the evening with her parents, however they caught her at the old guys condo in Rockville. Live and learn I guess. I do thank these guys though, they did a great job for me.

I had a excellent experience with this company. I was going to wait to hire an investigator for a husband problem until after the holidays were over. I decided to call a few just to see what it coast cause I had no idea. Several were a bit too expensive for me. This company was much cheaper, i thought maybe you get what you pay for, but after talking to a Sam and then Holly when I called back to ask another question, they seemed like they knew what they were doing. I mentioned I was going out of town and would be and calling them, but they suggested I should try while I was out of town, so I did. They caught my husband and our young child alone with another woman on Christmas eve at our house. I could not believe it. They told it could take a couple days, but darmed if they did not catch him on the first day and I actually got a refund back from a retainer I paid them. Have not told my husband he was being followed, he is going out of town and I thought I would tell him just before a fishing trip he is planning with his best friend to give him something to think about. Thank you Holly and Sam for a job well one. You will never know how hard it was learning this, but how much it has helped knowing it was not my fault. I am grateful for you service and would use again.
