I can’t say enough how great it was working with Bill and East Coast Investigations (ECI). From the first day working with Bill until the last day, Bill worked so professionally to handle my needs. I didn't hear from them for 5 months, and only after I contacted them asking about the investigation The information that they gave me was available online for 20 dollars. The communication is horrible I haven't heard much since I hired them in October no result still, now it's past the middle of March don't waste your money because that's what you'll be doing, your better off doing your research yourself. So what your saying is if I show you my contract I signed with Jason your PI which I still have his cell number I would get a refund?

Very poor experience. I would give 0 stars if possible. After accepting our money the investigators were rude, difficult to get in touch with and overall unresponsive and unproductive. One investigator was accusatory about us trying to get in touch with him and hung up on us. A waste of $500.
