Unprofessional, insensitive, no passion....I found them on Craigslist and gave them everything they needed to get the job done. Its one of those cases where people just weren't listening in the beginning and they ended up wasting my time and money. My lawyer subpoenad my ex husbands phone records, I had already had another PI run a forensic analysis on my phone and gave the report to Mutinda. Mutina says they could have a report for me within 3 or 4 days, one week later, on a Friday, he tells me they need to subpoena my ex husbands records due to the records that i gave to them conflicting with each other and portraying direct phone tampering. He also suggested i do a forensics analysis on my phone. Dude, this is what i gave you in the beginning and the phone records were subpoenaed from my attorney, who the hell do you think you are to have the authority to acquire the same records as my attorney? you are a PI, you were given everything wrapped up in a pretty bow, but you didn't listen to instructions and overall just wasted my time. When i told Mutinda that i had been a victim of domestic violence for over a year, he replied something along the lines of "sorry about your past" no dude, this is my life now, and people like you should not be taking cases that you can't handle because peoples lives are effected by these things, but I could tell that he simply didn't care and i highly suggest that you do not work with these people, anyone that lacks passion about what they do is not worth the money. He did give me a full refund, but he wasted a week of my time.
