Well this agency and the people running it are borderline genius... Would say clairvoyant, but, that ain't invented yet ! Now, provided there was equanimity in the application of divorce law across the area generally speaking, think how much even further that would go... although my hunch is that this particular place can and would be able to take that into account provided the client were in the right. Thats my hunch.. Eh, at least 495 is well maintained around here. Anyways, its a great agency and would definitely recommend.

I own a rental property in Fredericksburg that I’ve been renting out for 15 years to Military families. However, for the last renter, I decided to give a single mother of 4 a chance to start over. I don’t know what came over me. Her security deposit check bounced, she was late 5 out of 7 months on rent. After 4 months of trying to convince her to vacate the lease, she finally left – and left behind about $30k in damage to my house. Garbage everywhere, broken appliances, damaged walls, gun casings and cigarette butts everywhere, and then ever broke off the shower nozzle just for fun. After our last conversation where she denied doing any damage, she went off grid. I was forced to contact a private investigator in order to hand her the summons. They then started a much deeper search and within 10 days, had provided me her new address and had confirmed that address with utility bills, neighbor inquiries and work validation. John Lopes and his team helped me track down a deadbeat tenant so I can bring her to court and haunt her for the rest of her life – until she pays me every penny she owns me. I highly recommend The Agency Detective Inc for all your private investigation needs. They took on my mission without question and provided results within the acceptable timeframe. Should I encounter any future deadbeat tenants, I will be reaching out to John Lopes and The Agency for future work. 5 Stars.
