The person answering the phone sounds like he knows what he is doing but this place was horrible to deal with. I showed up at 10am and no one was at the office though it states on the website they open at 9 am so I called the number at the office and he said they open at 1030. I waited for someone to arrive at 1030 and no one showed and I called again and they said that the person who is suppose to work car broke down but someone was on there way.. It was one excuse after another what a waste of my time. Avoid this place.

When you need quick, accommodating and competent finger prints this is the place to you. The friendly staff uses state of art equipment for DOJ applications. Would definitely use them in the future.

Will never come here again. Came here during business hours and the doors are locked. Waited 20 mins and no one showed up. On the website they advertise as their employees "always being on time". The building is badly maintained and unclean.

I’m not sure where to start. So unprofessional on the phone! Doesn’t listen to the questions I asked and interrupts me with incorrect information. Everything I try to explain what exactly I need he gets really angry. Overall experience was awful and the person over the phone was rude and unprofessional! No customer cell service skills at all.

Regret not reading the reviews beforehand. Man on the phone stated I should have called first(??) because their equipment wasn't working. He was very rude as well. They also only accept cash so keep that in mind if you decide to chance it.

I took the advice found here and called ahead to confirm that they were open and that I could get fingerprints down. The process was quick and easy - in & out in around 15 minutes. The man who ran the place was helpful and gave me advice for how to best apply for a background check.

Very good customer service .Good people. Explained the entire fingerprint process to me very well and I was processed in about 10 minutes as was promised and was given two receipts after being processed , one from them and one from the government and the technician even went over the government receipt with me and adviced me to contact the government with any questions through their phone numbers undernite their receipt. Overall service was very excellent and I will recommend them to any one who need their service.

CALL AHEAD OF TIME! And you will know exactly where to go, what to bring with you, and what to do. This was the closest location to me to get fingerprinted. By giving them a call, I was able to get the code to enter the building where this office is located and get better instructions of how to get o the office (which is located on the 3rd floor). The gentleman who works there was extremely accommodating. The office closes at 5 typically but I arrived at 4:50 and he stayed open to help me.

The man at this location was very nice. I went in a few minutes (4 minutes) after the location closed and he still serviced me. I was so glad! I see a couple reviews here saying he is rude, I do not think so. He just moves fast, which can sometimes be taken for being abrupt.
