ABSOLUTELY AGREE with some of the reviews on here. This company is wrongly managed and is a company that has only one goal. TO OVER WORK you and make profits in percentages based on your hourly wage and the hours you put in in a week, Meaning they pay you $11.00/hr when your real rate is $14/hr with that being said, that should explain the type of business this is. They don not care about their staff or employees and it shows because of how miserable the staff looks and how rude they are. Securitas is a better Security company, and they pay unarmed guards way more.

It's a shame how your management (not all entirely) don't know how to manage their employees as a wife to one of their current well soon to be ex employee are treated is beyond me. Before you wipe this off as just a disgruntled wife I have witnessed the voicemails my husband has gotten and countless phone calls from his own boss. If the employee no longer wants to work with the company due to the fact the company is not well managed or organized then the higher manager or employee whoever is managing him has absolutely no right to leave a voicemail threatening to call the cops if the uniform isn't returned immediately as if we had any intentions of keeping such a thing! It's called he has a family and one vehicle. what's a shame is across the board this company is downright wrong. Not even a couple weeks ago we had to call corporate for simple information and the woman we had to speak with about our questions was extremely rude. Once again another thing I noticed first hand not but word of mouth by my husband. Good luck maintaining your employees with the way you treat them. I will forever speak horribly of this company considering what we've dealt with. I may be in the wrong for writing all this but I'm so done with the negativity this place has put in our lives it's so unreal how a person can talk to another with absolutely no respect.
