Commonwealth Investigative Agency is the oldest, and most professional private investigator firm in Kentucky, in my opinion. Jack King is the owner of the firm and as a former Police Officer has over 40 years of investigative experience. He is the only private investigator in Louisville that I will ever use. The initial consultation is strictly confidential and completely free, with no obligation. Jack King has the experience and contacts to get it done. No question. He has helped me immensely.

This guy has serious issue with his people skills. I hired him for a case, and he ceased all contact, and then acted defensive when I got upset about it. I sent him an angry email, and he threatened to use the email against me. (It wasn't THAT angry.) But that was the first and only way I was able to get his attention--prior to that, he just ignored me. And I wasn't pestering him all the time--just asking for reasonable updates. What he actually did was talk to my dad and then close the case without telling me. He never gave me a written report as per the contract I signed, so at this point, I'm trying to recoup my loss from the credit card company.

I had a wonderful expierance with this company. The service was everything I asked for and them some. Definitely went above and beyond for me. saved me alot of money using Commonwealth and I suggest anybody who has an issue call the business and see what they can do for you.

Commonwealth investigation agency is a complete scam. Mr. Jack King talks a good game but when it comes down to it he did nothing for me. I literally spent several thousands of dollars for nothing more than a simple internet search that I could have gotten off the internet for just a few dollars.

Commonwealth Investigative Agency is the best of the best at what they do. Jack King knows how things work and how to get results. everything has gone exaclty how Jack said it would because he has done this so many times. there is no other Private Investigator that I would trust more than Jack King and his team of expertly trained surveillance pros. jack is upfront and honest about everything and always follows through on his word. I call just to get some information on this business and the man was so rude! He even hung up on me! Obviously he likes the simple professionalism to even answer questions over the phone. Definitely seek elsewhere!

He was very rude and not helpful at all. I told him my case over the phone he agreed on helping me then hung up the phone and refused to help when I didn't know his address off top of my head(all I did was a simple goodle surch for a PI near me). This man is very unprofessional and rude! I'm disappointed & disgusted!
