I contacted Shelly because of a really bad custody case where my ex caught a favorable judge. I was a jerk in the beginning because of a misunderstanding. Instead of responding to me like a lot of people would by being "fine go somewhere else." She actually responded back to me with the reality of the issue, which was actually my fault. She then accepted my appology and went to work for me. Like really good work. To me that was so important because it is hard to make the decision to put money into a Private investigator, not knowing if you will get anything back, so communication is essential. On top of that she never wasted my money. "Hey no sign of him so we are going to try again." She is a God send oh and actually local by the way. Which I didn't even know was something you needed when you got a Private Investigator until I had to hire one.

I provided, what I felt, was a enormous amount of information to locate and get a background on a individual. Was given the 3rd degree when I was unable to provide a SSN for the individual. I paid $70 for what amounted to basically very little on the subject and am exactly where I started when this all began. Have not heard from them in over a week and I am calling this a loss. They talk a great game until money changes hands then I felt like I was being a nuisance for inquiring about anything. Typical Clarksville area buisness.

I signed the contract and prepaid $650 and the investigator didn't contact me for months. I had to call the Nashville office, who did have her call me back. She said she had some good information and would get it to me. That was July. Its now September 29th and I haven't received any other contact from the investigator. $650 and I have absolutely nothing, not even the results of a background check.

I needed to retrieve a Craigslist posting that had been taken down by the seller due to subsequently discovering that the seller had lied about the particular item he had sold to me. There are websites that store cached Craigslist postings, but only law enforcement or private investigators are able to access them. I called many PIs, of which none of them had ever had to use the online services I needed. Even though Anderson Investigations also had never performed this kind of service for someone, they went to the trouble of getting credentialed with the search website on my behalf. They were successful in performing the search and retrieved the Craigslist ad I needed within a few days of my initial request. Furthermore, they were able to communicate effectively both by phone and email, and provided the documents I required electronically. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I was provided and would not hesitate to utilize Anderson Investigations in the future.

The BEST!! Anderson Investigations helped me reduce my ex's exposure to our child. They were able to get pictures and video of a known sex offender that occasionally spent time at my ex's house. Called to have them serve a person with court documents. Got them all of her information and yet they never served her. I had to continuously ask for updates. I even told them her place of work, that was in Nashville, was willing to pay extra for them to go there, yet they kept making excuses. Never did they serve her and when the court date came and went I contacted them again with no response. Save your money and just go to the local PD to have the person served.
