We hired them to do some research for us. We've yet to recieve a copy of the report and have been trying multiple times since April. It always gets "lost" in an email or they're out on a case and can't send it. They are very nice people and we'd hoped to keep using them, but it was a waste of money on our end since we have nothing to show for it.

I worked for these people, and I wish Bob still owned it instead of his daughter. I have owned my own security and investigation firm for over 10 years and worked for alot of them, Quacker is the most unprofessional I have ever seen. They have employees that go to work in dirty street clothes, and long hair and unkempt beards. They allowed another employee to stand guard for a Du Pont site that was afraid of the dark, so the employee would bring her son with her (he had a drug conviction). That would be a liability issue if I ever heard of one. And not to mention they constantly short employees on their checks. This shorting of checks has happened to atleast 3 employees that I know of including me. They have no training for their employees and hardly any of them actually at this date have a Security Guard License. Hire at your own risk.
