Worst MANAGMENT EVER! The employee i spoke to recently at Jefferson Pointe told me that the owner is crooked and he will not pay his employees a good wage. If you expect your employees to give great service you better pay them well. The uniforms are tacky. Who makes these poor guys wear a hat over all their cold weather stuff?! it looks bad and unprofessional. 03/02/2016

The Question

The owner is a good guy but he ended a contract suddenly and put everyone out of work at that site. Don't let the reviews fool you they are from current and former employees trying to boost the Google rating. Work can be dangerous for very low pay. Company was formerly Silver Shadow Security not sure why they changed names probably because of a bad reputation with clients.
