Chuck assured me he could get me the information I needed. He said that it would cost a flat fee of 1000.00. This would include a report of a "daily routine", with pictures. I had not seen the person I was checking on for a year and just Chuck saying he would get a picture, gave me hope and lightened my heart. This never happened. Chuck called with no helpful information and told me he needed more money, to continue his "surveillance". The 1000.00 I gave him I had to put on a credit card and I had and have no more money. This was a scam, I argued the point that he said "flat fee", and I even have a copy of the signed contract that says "flat fee". Chuck said to me that I would look back on this someday and see that he was right. I still do not know what that meant. Was it a threat? I do not know. I have kept quiet about this for some time now, I want everyone to know what kind of business man Chuck is. He also told me he would have to check with his accounting department to see if there was any of my 1000.00 left. He called me back and said no there was no money left. Chuck works out of his home, but tries to make it sound like he is running some kind of legitimate business and he is not. Beware, this "business" will only take your money and keep asking for more.

Our warehouse had began to notice some items around the office missing. The office door is always locked after hours and there were no signs of forced entry which had us very puzzled. Not wanting to single out any of our employees as the guilty party we decided to consult with a private investigator for assistance. We contacted Jordan and Associates and spoke with Chuck Jordan. He was very professional and knowledgeable and gave us his recommendations about installing three hidden cameras on a temporary basis. Within just two nights he was able to provide us with the answers. His cameras had captured a former disgruntled employee breaking in to our offices three times in two nights. The video was given to the local police department as evidence and the culprit was charged with three counts of burglary and pleaded guilty. We can put this whole episode behind us. Hiring Jordan and Associates was a very good business decision and we would highly recommend them.

I cannot thank Jordan & Associates enough for the results they provided me in October, 2014. I was ending a divorce process that involved my two young sons. They informed me on our situation, of how their mother was "dating" a new guy, and would leave the house after they were put to bed..
