This guy has serious issue with his people skills. I hired him for a case, and he ceased all contact, and then acted defensive when I got upset about it. I sent him an angry email, and he threatened to use the email against me. (It wasn't THAT angry.) But that was the first and only way I was able to get his attention--prior to that, he just ignored me. And I wasn't pestering him all the time--just asking for reasonable updates. What he actually did was talk to my dad and then close the case without telling me. He never gave me a written report as per the contract I signed, so at this point, I'm trying to recoup my loss from the credit card company.

Commonwealth investigation agency is a complete scam. Mr. Jack King talks a good game but when it comes down to it he did nothing for me. I literally spent several thousands of dollars for nothing more than a simple internet search that I could have gotten off the internet for just a few dollars.

Worse place ever! They called me a "ma'am" and I'm a young male, hurt my feelings. Then they said we don't have anything for cheap people like you and hung up. If your looking for a good PI check out blue eye they really helped me out!

He was very rude and not helpful at all. I told him my case over the phone he agreed on helping me then hung up the phone and refused to help when I didn't know his address off top of my head(all I did was a simple goodle surch for a PI near me). This man is very unprofessional and rude! I'm disappointed & disgusted!
