The managers are responsive and proactive; other companies we have used can't do that. We have used C4SEM's security staff in DC at a number of events in the past and each time the service was good. We have also used their protective agents numerous times for bodyguards for special guests coming in from out of town. Their guys look tough but they are very friendly. I was told most of the guys are off duty officers. Everyone I've dealt with so far are great here. They even picked one of our guests up from the Airport on short notice when we were in a jam!
