I hired this business to conduct a surveillance investigation on my ex husband who I have an order of protection against. It has been 3 months since I paid them and I have yet to receive any documentation of an actual investigation conducted. Every time I ask for a status or formal report of their findings I am promised results by the next day. I have asked for information 4 times now and still no information. I feel I've been hustled. Do not use this investigation company as I am filing a formal complaint with BBB and the State's Attorney Consumer Fraud Unit. UPDATE: I received my report from the owner John AFTER I filed the complaint with the BBB. The report had several grammar and spelling errors. The report was a non professional word document of 2 pages. The report had wrong dates in it when I hired them and when actual surveillance took place. They claimed they did physical surveillance in the morning AND night for location I hired them to obtain. However their report had no photos or visual images or this allege location of my ex husband. What surveillance investigator doesn't take photos of their surveillance of physical address hired to obtain. There was absolutely no photos that prove they actually did a surveillance of his alleged physical address where he resided. Do not hire this company unless you want to get horrible customer service and surveillance. Also, after I filed a BBB compliant against this company for failure to give me my investigative report after several requests for one, the owner John, threatened to come after me for additional money after my investigation has been closed. What a bully and clear demonstration of this owner's and business lack of customer service and professionalism. He was clearly trying to intimidate me for filing this BBB complaint against his company.
